I was expecting a pretty basic room due to the price but was better than expected. Room was clean and comfortable.
Shower curtain was broken but that was the only negative point.

Ideal location to help my daughter move into student accommodation on university campus for her year abroad. Staff helped to organise a PCR test for travel and printed off documents I needed for travel. Very helpful for COVID travel times. Room very comfortable. Supermarket nearby. Tram stop outside hotel. No “cafe culture” on door step but accessible by good transport links. Ideal for me as my priority was helping my daughter move but if your priority is restaurants and cafes, you may prefer to stay in the centre of Grenoble.

Chambre spacieuse et confortable d'apparence propre.
Mais la nuit j'ai eu la surprise de voir des blattes (petits cafards) se promener dans la chambre. J'en ai tué une et pris des photos que j'ai montré à l'accueil le lendemain, mais cela ne semblait pas les inquiéter outre mesure.
Par ailleurs, la moquettes des couloirs est franchement dégueulasse et cela aussi ne semble pas déranger personne.
En tout cas, l'hygiène dans cet hôtel est vraiment déplorable et indigne de son niveau de standing et de la notation qui lui est attribuée.

Accueil d'arrivée assez particulier sans être désagréable.
Chambre spacieuse et bien équipée qui mériterait un peu de nettoyage de détail (joins douche par exemple)
