The Reception staff were vey helpful and the parking is a bit of a maze to get to but spacious and secure. Not sure in busy time whether spaces would be available as it was full when we were there in low season. The appartment was very clean and met out needs well. Just a tip.. take your own rubbish bag and toilet rolls as these are not refilled after initial supply. The location was great for walking to the harbour and close to post office/cashpoint etc. There were also many tourist shops on the route to meet everyones needs plus chemists etc. Bicycle hire was available at an extra cost and was reasonable with high deposit against loss theft. They do not have electric cycles for hire. Harbour restaurants were all reasonable but none stood out above the others.

Probably the worst hotel We’ve ever stayed in. We paid £700 for a 3 night stay and for this money expect a lot more. The communal areas were dark, dirty, dingy and desperately in need of a coat of paint. The whole building stank of cigarettes which as non smokers we found unacceptable. Our room was on the 2nd floor so had no outside space, it was dark, stuffy, and smelt unpleasant, the beds were the most uncomfortable we’ve ever slept in and we got virtually no sleep. The mattresses were thin and on hard boards, we were supplied with bedding and had to make the beds up ourselves. The photographs on the website are a very poor representation of the real thing. We feel we have been well and truly ripped off! The resort however is lovely and the hotel is perfectly located. Such a shame!!

Our experience here was terribly awful. First, the room is shabby and there is nothing like 4-star. It smells bad and the bed is uncomfortable. The dish washing machine is broken. Don’t be fooled by their photos on *********** or their website. And on our last day, they said we didn’t start the dish washing machine before leaving and charged us 65 euros… When we checked in, no one informed us about their “cleaning policy,” and they said it was on the brochure (no one told us it’s necessary to read the brochure as well…). I mean no one should be assumed to read your brochure and check your strict cleaning policy… The location is good and the receptionist is helpful. Except for these, everything is terrible.

Très bien situé, à quelques mètres du port de St Martin, bon accueil, appartement spacieux bon équipement. Différents services appréciables: piscine intérieure et extérieure, salle de sport bien équipé, salle de jeux pour enfants, location de vélos possible.. parking pas facile d’accès si bcp de voitures. À refaire

Ravis et solution idéale en famille : 2 studios indépendants mais proches. Idéal pour les animaux qui ont un grand jardin pour se défouler. Le personnel d'entretien et d'accueil est très aimable. Un deuxième séjour réussi et à la hauteur de nos attentes

Jardins et piscines agréables. Très bien situé à quelques pas du charmant port de Saint Martin. Personnel accueillant. Dommage que nombreux appartements n'aient pas de terrasse et que la résidence ne garantisse pas de place de parking à chacun des locataires.

Appartement grand propre et fonctionnel. Centre ville et plage à 2 pas. Bon séjour dans ce lieu mis à part la piscine dans laquelle se trouvait de nombreux traces vertes d'algues dans les recoins. On sent que l'espace aquatique n'est pas une priorité...

Établissement très mal tenu. La location située au RDC était sale notamment les salles de bain et les vitres pas faites de longue date. Que dire des huisseries hors d’usage ! L’appartement de deux pièces très mal agencé. La nuit parfois l’alarme anti incendie se déclenchait de façon intempestive. Pas de personnel de nuit. Nous avons dû nous même appeler les pompiers qui n’ont pas jugé utile de se déplacer en nous demandant de faire le tour de la bâtisse nous-mêmes ! Revêtement des allées extrêmement salissantes. De la poussière partout. 75€ pour un petit chien pour une semaine et même pas de sacs de propreté proposés. C’était notre 3ème séjour et nous n’y reviendrons pas.
