We had a pleasant surprise with an upgrade to a bigger room from our booking as it is our wedding anniversary. Room was decorated beautifully. Hotel also offered complimentary pick up and drop off service from/to the train station. Minibar is complimentary with beer, coke, lemonade, soda, peanuts and chocolates. Free cable car passes were also provided. Very heart warming stay.

I agree with all the positive sentiments given here with my only concern being the size of the bathroom and the awkwardness of getting in and out of the shower. This may be room dependent but ours was quite small and the entrance to the shower/tub would be a challenge for an elderly or limited mobility person. The height of the tub and lack of grab rails make this a challenge along with the fact the way the glass shower door hinges back into the sink area. This is even more so trying to get out of the tub where your feet are now wet and the tub will be slippery.

Lucky we booked the Hauser. It is in the middle of town area with the best and most popular restaurant of its own in town. We got a balcony room with stunning view of town and mountain. Room is spacious and basic with every amenities you need. The efficient free shuttle back to train station was bonus. The staff helping the arrangement were all super friendly and helpful.
We also enjoyed our breakfast. What's more you can expect from St Moritz?

Just finished a WONDERFUL vacation at the Kulm hotel!!!We had a junior suite overlooking the lake. As an interior designer I can tell you the suite was done beautifully!!. It was spacious, gorgeously done, and very comfortable. The service in the hotel was beyond wonderful. We can truly say they were there to attend to every request. We were on half board so had breakfast and dinner in the main dinning room. They made sure that we had whatever we requested!!! Menu or no menu we were given whatever we wanted. The concierge was so helpful. We wanted two send bags ahead to Zurich which is a challenge on a weekend but he made sure it happened without difficulty. Truly a relaxing and delightful time!!! We can't wait to return!

New, modern and comfortable hotel that respects its history but is fully rooted in the present with a trendy buzzy vibe. The common areas have the feeling of a living room and not a museum like many other luxury hotels in town. Rooms are large and comfortable with excellent storage space, staff is very friendly and helpful especially Simon Wiel, and food and drink are well curated. Honestly the only thing missing is an outdoor heated rooftop pool (can you imagine, with that view!?), but in all reality, I was very impressed and enjoyed my time thoroughly.

The room is very big and has no view. . There is a free ticket to go to the nearby public swimming pool, swimming, hot spring, fitness, spa, do not go to the mixed gender spa on the third floor, you must be naked. . We just went. . Very embarrassing, the hot spring pool is beautiful. . The open-air'just can't take pictures, the Italian restaurant downstairs is delicious! The buffet restaurant is average, but the prices are very good for St. Moritz

This room is similar to a small suite, located in the wing building. The rooms in the main building should be better. The room is not big, old-fashioned and ordinary, and the electric blanket is a bit old, but clean.
The water pipes in the room are filled with mountain spring water, which is delicious for making tea and makes your skin smooth after bathing.
The hotel lobby is so beautiful, and the stairs and the wide corridors on the guest room level are all old-fashioned and elegant.
Picture 8 is the chef's recommended dish in the hotel restaurant. The ingredients and seasoning are a level higher than those in the restaurants near the hotel. There are several restaurants under the hotel within a 5-7 minute walk. I only tried the Japanese food, which was good, and the tempura shrimp was large and fresh.

I highly recommend this hotel. My husband and I did not ski during our time here, only had 2 days, but our stay was great. The front desk staff- especially the male who spends some time in Florida (I wish I would have asked for his name) was SO friendly, kind, and helpful. He had great tips on places to eat, showed us to our room, and pointed out key things on the map. The room was clean, good beds, and our view was beautiful. The extra bonus of free access to Ovaverra was awesome. We enjoyed our time in the hot tub after a cold day outside. We had breakfast included in our stay and WOW, I highly recommend. There were so many options in the buffet but also even more that they can make you. Also, get the cappuccino :) We would stay here again for sure!

Hotel Nolda in St Moritz is very conveniently located. Easy to reach from the train station too. There is a lovely stream gurgling next to the hotel. And it has a lovely setting. Rooms are very clean and nice. They do it up daily too. Breakfast is good with eggs to order. Miju at bf was particularly very attentive to all guests. Only thing is I did not like the lady receptionist on duty. She came across as slightly rude and not at all helpful. Of course it us not her duty to help us plan our program there but she could have helped us since we did not know the local language. She was the first unfriendly person we came across in our stay at Switzerland.

We spent four wonderful days at the Europa. The rooms are clean, comfortable and large. I did need to turn off the heating and tilt open the window at night. The staff are amazing, fun and really made our reunion memorable. Most, if not all, speak, German, French, Italian and English. The meals at La Vita and Steak & More were delicious and creative. I definitely will be back for a winter skiing break.

Outstanding
From the moment we were picked up at the train station until they dropped back off for departure this was one of the best hotels and staffs I have ever dealt with anywhere. The manager greats you upon arrival and departure and takes a true interest in your happiness. The front desk staff and concierge could not do enough for you. The restaurant staff fast efficient and professional all with a smile. The people that worked in the pool and spa area took great care of everyone all the time. The ladies that cleaned the rooms were fantastic. Everyone that worked at this hotel were happy, friendly, professional and some of the best hospitality people I have seen. Now the hotel itself?? Equally amazing!! Beautiful entry, beautiful rooms, fantastic health club and pool area. Easy access to town. The rooms, lobby, restaurant and grounds were impeccable!! One of the best hotels I have stayed in anywhere in the world!!!
浪浪迹天涯遍全球Very beautiful lake view, I highly recommend this hotel, I wake up every day to face the St. Moritz Lake super romantic. . The view of the restaurant is also beautiful and the breakfast is plentiful. Don't order the set meal for dinner, it's super unpalatable. . The service is very good, you can call or email in advance to ask the hotel to pick you up at the railway station, which is nearby. . It’s free, just think of it and evaluate it here hahaha
GGuest UserWe booked Randolins just for 1 night as we took Glacier Express from St Moritz. The hotel receptionist kindly waited for us beyond 10pm closing time and helped to check in. The room was small but clean. Fresh air from the window not from the air conditioner and drinking water from the tap is something missing in daily life. The bathroom was on the corridor, but there were no neighbors so it was convenient and easy to use. I would say it is value for money.
GGuest UserWe would like to express our healtfelt thanks for Mr. Panagiotis, the frontline staff and Randolins. The staff is very helpful and the hotel is spot clean. His warm service and hospitality made our honeymoon stay memorable. Thanks Mr. Panagiotis!
GGuest user123We stayed at St Moritz Youth Hostel for a night after taking the Glacier Express from Zermatt. One might think lesser of a hostel as compared to a hotel but after our night stay at St Moritz Youth Hostel, I found myself truly underestimating the service a hostel can offer, much unbeknownst to a general opinion.
And we owe thanks to Iris and her team’s wonderful hospitality and service, the stay was a memorable and wonderful experience. It was the last night of our honeymoon trip in Switzerland. Although it was snowy, sheer cold and our skins were shivering from the brr conditions, the kindness and hospitality by Iris and her team who went above and beyond truly, exudes warmth from within, which made our experience an exceptional one. One that would etched in our memories for many decades to come.
We felt that this hostel provides extremely good value and is only a 10 mins bus ride away from the train station. The bus stop is right outside the hostel so it’s convenient even with big luggages. We bought 24 hours tickets at the station for the bus ride.
Hostel is clean and has a good welcoming vibe. Although we stayed in the shared bathroom, bathroom was clean and near, didn’t have to wait long to use. There was also a basin in the room so it’s quite convenient. You don't have to step out to brush teeth or do any washing. Do bring your own soap, u can borrow a hair dryer from reception.
We had dinner at the hostel, it was amazing. Breakfast was wonderful too.
I would highly highly recommend this place to stay , you are in safe hands and well taken care of by the awesome team! They are patient and answer all your questions and share with you more about how to get around. St Moritz is a small town, but the experience and takeaways we obtained from our stay, is far greater, significant than the place. This in my opinion, is what you call travelling for an experience, with an experience. Thank you so much to Iris and the team (sorry didn’t manage to get your names!!)!! Superb is an understatement.
GGuest UserSince I accused the hotel I wanted only the price pressure I'm here after 2 years and I have the same opinion about the hotel! The hotel rooms actually booked were already in place. All furniture has come in years. In short, the whole room looks smooth. When checking in, you will not be told that you need to ask the key to the safe at the reception. For relaxing to use the pool, you should even pay 2 CHFs, which is just a frechness at such a room price The desk was already fully placed by the TV. Also, you hear every step the room neighbors do by eating in the home restaurant I got stomach pain. Man then has blamed himself by the reasoning the egg they use was pasteurized. Whether the window was open or closed, the street is very noisy and in the night you hear the drunk shouting around. Furthermore, the beds are enormously uncomfortable and you can hear any noise from the kitchen. When I wanted to complain I was treated very unfriendly. On the balcony there is no protection over the neighbor. In addition, my room was not cleaned. Man should urgently check this hotel on the one hand the hygiene and the other side the stars of this hotel certainly do not deserve 3 stars. Please make one of them please and visit another hotel. Unfortunately I have already made the experience. (Visit was in February people should not be confused with comments)
We stayed in an apartment in the new Aladin annex, it was large and really high quality, including a good kitchen and dining area, Excellent base for a few days in Interlaken. A little way out but no real inconvenience- nice 30 min walk to the centre of town or the station via the lake and the youth hostel bus number 9 runs every half hour from the station and stops outside. Breakfast, table tennis, laundry and super-helpful staff next door at the youth hostel (which really is for youths not the middle aged like us).
I agree with everything that was already written so I’m not going to say it again. I only want to point out a couple of things: Yes, the hotel could seem pricey but it offers excellent value for money considering it’s Saint Moritz. The room was rather cold especially at night so if I were to go back I would bring my warm pajamas. Some rooms have no view and they are smaller than others for the same price. If you care about these things (as I do) please make sure you let them know at the time of booking. The mattresses were very hard. Reception staff (I remember André e Cinzia) and restaurant waitresses (especially the young dark haired lady, unfortunately I don’t remember her name) extremely helpful. Cleaning staff also very professional. The breakfast included in the room price was good enough, but the choice was rather limited so we ended up having breakfast at Reina Victoria (where one could also have omelettes made to order, smoked salmon etc, plus the service of our wonderful waitress Antonietta). I recommend this hotel especially if you like small quaint places.
