We arrived at this hotel in a complete emergency after being overbooked at another establishment that hadn't even bothered to forward our backup reservation. Needless to say, we were exhausted, stressed, and pressed for time, as we had a concert at the Stade de France that evening. Despite the situation being entirely beyond their control, the team at the Hampton by Hilton Saint-Ouen handled it with remarkable calm and professionalism. They immediately took charge of the problem, took the time to find us a room at the last minute, and showed genuine attentiveness, even though we hadn't asked for anything of them. This is exactly the kind of service that makes all the difference: a responsive, friendly, and efficient team, even when faced with an unforeseen and complicated situation created by a third party. Thanks to them, we were able to get to our concert and finish the evening peacefully. A huge thank you to the entire team for their professionalism and kindness. "The eco-conscious approach is great. It feels like home. But why so many cameras? The staff is friendly and we can wander around the common areas at our leisure. The breakfast is very good. The proximity to the flea market is great for strolling around the neighborhood."

"Very well located Hotel in the midst of a busy area but away from the traffic in a corner in a small lane. I did not have breakfast or food at the hotel but several good restaurants Indian/ Moroccan/ Turkish/ Continental fast food .Very helpful Front Desk Always to help you and guide you. Nearest Metro Stations are Garibaldi and Porte De St Ouen . Sleep quality is good without any disturbance . Rooms are reasonably big in comparison to other hotels in Paris.
