Sonder the Fitz Apartments Downtown St Paul

Great location! Walkable distance around the city and short distance (~3mins) to the nearest light rail station!

So—I love Sonder.  Got a one bedroom with a living room, kitchen and balcony.  Incredibly comfortable bed, and a bunch of pillows that I would buy for myself at home. Would  have loved the balcony other than the road construction going on outside (not Sonder’s fault).  Every staff that we interacted with was friendly and helpful.  The road outside was torn up, my husband had just had his knee replaced and they gave us parking right outside the building instead of just down the street—thank you Sonder!!.  One bedroom apartments come with free parking.  I would always choose a Sonder facility over a hotel based on our experience.  Usually great price vs hotel offerings, and you get so much more.  We had a regular coffee maker, microwave, toaster, full size fridge, cooktop, dinnerware, silverware etc.  Bathrooms provided soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.  Pick Sonder!!

The property was a nice little appartment. I enjoyed the stay.

Lobby, hallways, and elevators were dingy. Suite was large: a bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, kitchenette with microwave, sink & fridge, small dining table & chairs, sleeper sofa, balcony. Bedroom seemed clean, as did the bathrooms and kitchenette. Vinyl chairs were peeling. Sleeper sofa was stained and reeked of vaped ****. When unfolded, there were hairs and dust on the sheet. Balcony was nice, though view from all sides is of parking lots.

Great stay! Easy to navigate check in and check out. Each room has everything you need and want. Very walkable area but currently there is a lot of construction so there are some road closures you have to navigate around. I would stay here again when visiting downtown Saint Paul

Very nicely furnished room - it was great to have the kitchen! Very friendly staff, everything was super clean, and the location was an easy walk to the train station and the light rail to Minneapolis. Will definitely come back to this Sonder the next time we visit Saint Paul!

Sonder remains to be one of my ultimate favorite hotels to start at whether is a quick stay or an elongated stay. The app is so quick and easy to use, awesome for the shy or introverts. You can book through their app, extend or shorten the trip, check in or out sooner or later, you get your access code, room number and room code vía the app, if you need anything at any hour you can contact staff by texting them via the app. The room are superb, very clean, beautiful and stocked with whatever you may need from pots and pans to strainers and more.

It was a nice quiet place to stay, loved that it included parking and it was free a huge plus. The room was spacious and nice and clean we had everything we needed. The only con was the remote didn’t work to the tv I just watched programs on my tablet other then that it was an amazing stay. My husband and I made a vacation out of this trip and loved the baloney. The drive was easily accessible to everything and walking distance to great bars and food places I would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Minneapolis St. Paul the staff was nice and welcoming I loved they made you welcome with a smile everyday..

Very clean and modern. Many items provided for convenience - kitchen/ bath. St Paul location is walkable to West Side Flats. Easy check in/ check out. No human contact necessary. Excellent for a quick work trip or longer stay if needed. Enjoyed my stay.
