Motel 6 Saint Paul, MN - I-94

Staff super friendly and they care about your stay and your child(ren) stay to make it as easy and welcoming as possible. Room was clean and when you needed something for your room the staff was always willing to make sure you got what you needed

Front desk staff & manger were very friendly & super helpful. My room was very clean. The cold water had very low pressure but other than that it was a great stay.

Awful place. The TV, AC and phones didn’t work. Our bed looked like a grade schooler made it, it was dirty w/make up stains on it. The floor was super dirty along with the hallways. It smelled wicked bad. All the esthetics were horrible & that wasn’t even the worst of it, when I reported it to the front desk clerk did nothing to reconcile any of it, instead he told me that because we waited a couple hrs after we got there to report it that essentially they didn’t really care, he tried to tell me they would kick me out because I complained about their dumpy hotel. Putting the blame on me for their disgusting, dusty hotel but then when my husband went down to talk to them he told him I smelled like alcohol!! I don’t drink alcohol so it was a low down dirty accusation. I was living. I can’t believe someone in customer service was that terrible. DO NOT GO THIS HOTEL! Spend the extra money to be somewhere of quality.

I wasn't aware there would be no refrigerator or microwave. It is my fault for not looking at everything on Expedia's website, I've just never stayed somewhere that doesn't offer that. The people staying there were very sketchy and I witnessed an arrest while I was there and later in the fire department showed up. I really didn't feel safe having my mother there so I didn't stay the following evening and we got another hotel in a safer area.

Stayed Monday through Friday, and once again, had a great stay. Able to smoke in my room, surprisingly quiet, decent bed, and direct tv...no streaming bs. Will definitely use this motel 6 again

Staff and manager (Ebony) were excellent. Jen responded to a domestic dispute upstairs above my room late one night with skill. This time my TV was working!

Nice place overall. As a smoker, I was thrilled to have smoking rooms, the noise level was very low, except for the first day, which was just a guy on the phone...extremely loud. Now for the value...can't be matched. Excellent price. I willl definitely be staying at this motel 6 again.

The rooms lately have been very clean and smell amazing lol big shout out to the sweetest person there every time Tiana or Kiana I forgot her name sorry girly but she is truly an amazing soul always makes the experience there amazing she’s always giving compliments and making me laugh while keeping her job professional and well maintained

Room was clean but very bare — no chair, microwave, or fridge. Staff were polite and parking was easy. Pet‑friendly property, but overall the stay felt too basic for comfort.
