I like that the staff was Kool and helpful and hooked it up ,stayed at this location alot of times and the service from the staff is consistently the same good

Came to the hotel after midnight (at 5 am) and the staff refused to check us in. I would like a refund.

It will be the first and the last time. The hall ways were very smelly of smoking. People were being very loud and the shower was not working. Literally, we had to use our hands to scooper up the water from the down spout to rinse our body.

Place was ok, had all the basics that you need and was right by a bus stop going downtown. Facilities outside the rooms were a bit dirty though, and the TV didn't come with a working remote and there was no temperature control for the rooms.

The room is empty except for a bed, i can see the haor coming out of the shower drain and stains everywhere.

I loved the service. The housekeeping was nice and respectful. The room could have been cleaner but it was because of nail polish being stuck on the floor. The room overall was clean. Loved the service because they were so nice. Overall I loved staying at the hotel.

Quality of lodging and service in line with the price. Covered my needs certainly well enough - a bed, a bathroom, and a lock on the door. No frills basics for the traveler on a budget. Security present at night.

So many ********** around there rooms stink floors sticky no trash cans in the room my heat did not work I called front desk twice nothing happened only a sheet on bed ridiculous

Just walking down the hallway you can get a contact HIGH very dirty rundown The bathroom tub had cigarette burns on the sides. The windows are filthy went to Target and bought our own blankets and pillows.
