The Beach Haven Resort

Place is newly renovated more the most part. The ⁰bathrooms are all redone with tile I would say fairly well done. These bathrooms are small and tight fit. If you are larger or an older person with decreased mobility this may be a little tough to utilize..The place overall I felt was fairly clean. There is a nice little pool in the middle and a pavilion with picnic tables.and a grill which you pay for with the resort fee whether you use it or not. Keep in mind when staying here you are at the wider section of the beach. Its 900 plus feet to the water on sand. It can be a hike if your older, decreased mobility or drink heavy 🤣. The view is beautiful tho I can't lie. If you drive a wide vehicle you most likely will not be able to park oit back which is the convenient method.

What a cute little gem! Very quiet and clean. The couple of things that would gender me from staying again were the mattress any the ceiling fan. Mattress has a terrible dip in in and the ceiling fan was really loud. Other than that, very cute place!

it was a very nice spot a few steps away from the beach. Literally the only issue was the parking. Down a really narrow ally with very minimal space. Other than that the rooms were clean and updated! Pool was perfect and the hammocks were awesome! Beautiful beach really enjoyed the stay

Great little 18 place old Saint Pete Beach vibe. Quiet and very comfortable king size bed. Cold refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. AC was very cold. There aren’t too many places like this anymore. Enjoy them while you still can.

My wife and I stayed here for two nights. We loved the small pink cottages as it gave us old Florida vibes. The pool was a nice edition and you could sit in their wooden beach chairs and watch the stars at night, or easily walk onto the beach. Plenty of restaraunts and places close by to get an adult beverage and listen to live music. We will definately be back but next time we are going to get the larger room...

Such a super cool spot right on the beach - walk about 200 feet and your toes are in the water - such a refreshing cool older cottage style Florida venue with major upgrades and revovations....1 level - no elevators to wrestle with....nice pool area with outdoor ice machine...super comfortable beds and amazingly clean....- cool a/c ..very nice updated retro kitchenette....this is our new go-to spot for a weekend of R&R -

The beach access was incredible—we could walk from our room to the shoreline in under two minutes, which was a huge highlight. The bed was comfortable, and the room itself was clean and tidy. We appreciated the thoughtful touches like provided beach towels and free parking, especially since many nearby places charge extra for parking. That said, there were a few drawbacks. We arrived after hours, and the check-in process was confusing. It took us a while to figure out where to park and how to access our room, especially since parking was located in the back down an alley. The bathroom was quite outdated, and both the toilet and shower handles were in serious need of repair—they were nearly falling off. The air conditioner worked only moderately well and was quite loud. Around 1 AM, the smoke detector started chirping due to a low battery, which was definitely frustrating. Additionally, exterior lighting shone through the blinds, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The TV worked fine, but we couldn’t find or connect to any Wi-Fi on the property. Overall, despite these issues, we would still consider staying here again. The location, amenities, proximity to restaurants, and very reasonable pricing compared to other options in the area make it a solid choice. ---

Every thing was great except the door between the units needs to be solid instead of hollow core. We had very loud neighbors and we could hear every word. Other than that loved the place.Very convenient location and staff was very nice.

A hidden gem! A nice well maintained little property. Beach access was vey convenient and rooms were clean. Staff was excellent. Kitchen was stocked with dinnewares etc so grilling on the provided grill made for a nice dinner. Would definitely stay here again!
