Check in was terrible. We were told our room was not ready at 4:00pm (check in time) After waiting 45 minutes, we were told it would be another hour before our room was ready (that would have meant it wouldn't be ready till around 6:00pm. At that point, we ask to see the manager. She found us another room and we were able to finally check in.
We were put in a room on the 1st floor. The door that went out to the pool did not have a lock. Only a chain slide that would have made it easy for a breakin.
Breakfast on our first morning. We waited 2 hours for our breakfast to be delivered to our table. This was not the waitress's fault. There was only one girl to wait on tables inside the resturant as well as outside. She was also functioning as hostess. Poor girl was doing the best she could but way to much for one person.

The staff was very nice the food was great the pool was amazing and the rooms where clean and spacious.we all had a great time only thing i wish it had was live music.

I don't know where to begin with how terrible this place is. The front desk staff are extremely rude. The rooms/hallways/stairwells are extremely dirty. They really rely on the location but please beware, everything except the location is horrible!

Just needs more hooks in the rooms for wet clothes. Ive stayed there 2 in 2 mos for vac and love it there! Staff fantastic!

Location, location, location! Everything that we wanted to get to was walkable. Additionally, there is a "free" shuttle service on Gulf Blvd that takes you up and down the main road and only asks for tips as compensation. The pool is warm and inviting. The Beach bar is friendly with great service. Teresa was fantastic! I wouldn't be surprised if this becomes an annual trip to escape the winter cold.

An older property, it needs some TLC. But, it had everything one would expect in regards to resort amenities and we enjoyed our stay.

Hotel is outdated (1980 vibe) however the rooms were clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and welcoming. I chose the hotel after reading the reviews as they all agreed on the pool and beach area being amazing and we were just staying for one night. We spent Saturday night at the indoor and enjoying others do Karaoke, super fun vibe. Next morning, we spent the time at the beach in a nice cabana with 2 chairs that’s included in your stay. Pool is heated, so many sports activities to do.
