I think it could improve a lot in several aspects, even though it's a familiar and comfortable place. I applaud the great control they have over the venue.

Perfect place for families or couples wanting to do lots of activities. The resort offers a variety of things. Similar to a cruise ship. Perfect location. Issues were the laundry not working on the ground level and the plumbing from the upstairs unit was horrifically loud. The neighbours like to shower at 5am, it wasn’t ideal. Air con was super loud, bed was broken and the groundskeeper likes to use his petrol powered blower at 8am too. It was a fun place to be though.

The facilities were complete, it was convenient to get to the beach, and the service was very friendly. A great experience.

I had to request room service every day. I think staff were busy. Room was ok, great view, TV is outdated, furniture is old and my son possibly had bed bugs bites. Extra frustrating that I was charged 400$ for smoking detector, which nobody investigated. My family ( including a small child) just was randomly accused in smoking in the room. I’ve noticed that on my bill at checkout. Now it’s a long process to investigate. The hotel itself is good, most stuff are friendly, but we won’t stay there again.
