Staff were very friendly, room was comfortable and clean. Hotel is in an ideal location for restaurants, bars etc and easy to get to Nevsky and the sights. Will stay again, A+++++

拿翻譯軟件溝通沒有問題~定位到TSEKH85，是一個站牌，旁邊有超市、賣畫畫雕塑的，往理髮店💈方向走，十字路口拐角有一個24h超市（站那），看到路對面有一個酒吧（門外兩個大酒桶），往右走→50米就看見酒店了！！

房間挺好的，乾淨舒適，樓下就是超市，地鐵站向西500米即到。工作人員服務熱情專業。不足之處是沒有電梯。

酒店各項不錯，就是生活用品衹給一次，再要就加錢😂，溝通也挺費勁，不會英語，基本靠手機翻譯

#好評#對性價比，鄰近餐廳，位置，酒店氣味，走廊隔音，鄰近店舖滿意；位置很方便，离师大很近，可以作为周转住，附近交通也比较方便，市中心区域，吃喝逛都有一些。性价比也比较不错。

스몰 스위트 룸 가성비가 좋게 다녀왔네요. 조식도 나쁘지 않았고, 방도 깨끗했습니다. 다만 호텔에 부가시설이라든지 엘레베이터가 없는 건 조금 불편했어요. 전반적으로 좋은 위치에 밑에 슈퍼마켓이 있고 좋은 호텔이었습니다.

Excellent location, friendly staff. It fully met our expectations. The hotel doesn't have an elevator and there are no rooms on the first floor; it was not an issue for us, but keep it in mind if you need it.

Amazing hotel! Super clean, our rooms were spacious, fully equipped and sunny. A big variety of goodies during breakfast. Friendly and helpful stuff. The location is close enough to the city centre, to local bars and shops. An overall great experience!!! Definitely a value for money! 100% recommend it and visit again in the future!

При заселении и за 12 часов до выезда указал несколько раз, что по работе и необходимо получить все отчётные документы. По факту при выезде в 6 утра администратор сообщил, что не смог подготовить необходимые документы. Мн5 предлодили подождать, видимо, отказавшись от самолёта или уехать без документов. Попадая в новое место, всегда запоминается первое и последнее впечатление. Впечатление об отеле ужасное. За мои деньги мне создали проблемы с отчётом по поездке.

В данном отеле были с дочкой с 30 мая по 2 июня 2023 года. Отель хороший,чистенький,уютный. Девочки на ресепшен-приветливые,готовые помочь чем могут. Расположение отеля действительно удобное-всё в шаговой доступности. Завтраки вкусные,круасаны-огонь! Единственное, что в тот период когда мы были,погода была очень холодная, хотелось придти вечером и попить чай или кофе-согреться, но совсем вечером кафе/ресторан при отеле не работает. А во всём остальном-вполне хорошо, на прошивание нескольких дней-вполне хорошенькое место.
