Отель очень старый, номера просто ужасные старые с ужасными подушками. Про бассейн и спа зону даже писать не хочется, все старое, убитое, плитка вся отходит, на баттареях краска вся отваливается, вообщем все дико старое. Парковки нет, все занято всегда, интернет одно название очень слабый. Дверь в номерах читайте что её нет, такое ощущение что спишь не в номере а в коридоре. Ещё момент, что в спа зона отель сдаётся под аренду детям и тренирам, там и так всего 3 дорожки но когда из них две заняты под аренду это вообще не куда не катит. Т. Е в стоимость номера включена спа зона, но ты в неё приходишь и там одни дети. Что в джакузи, что в бассейне на двух дорожках. И для тебя одна дорожка бассейна, и в ней плавают гости отеля по 5-6 человек, ну и вы понимаете, что это не реально так расслабиться. Уходишь в джакузи, и там тоже куча детей. И то есть для гостей отеля мест нет, отличная концепция отеля. Ещё и тренера у детей этих, хабалы, котрые хамат гостям отеля. Вот только по этому никогда и ни кому этот отель не посоветую. А если кто вмнего и соберётся то красная цена за человека в сутки 500р. За такое хамство, и отношение к гостям.

В столовой некачественные продукты . Качество номера не заслуживает 4 звëзд. Карт бланки в номерах просрочены с 2021 . Окна плохие, продувает. Некачественные двери, завышают цены на ремонт в 3 раза в сравнение с карт бланком и плохое отопление.. Ай вай

Грязно, обои рваные,тюль в дырках.Проктически везде пыль. За такие деньги номер не стоит, очень плохо! Номер желает лучшего!Больше сюда ни ногой, плюс ещё в других номерах дети и мой ребенок. В замене номера отказали!Прошу руководство, принять меры по исправлению.

удобное расположение, комфортный номер, дружелюбный, услужливый персонал, отличные завтраки. Спорт комплекс супер, бассейн, хамам, сауна, все входит в стоимость. Ж/д станция Озерки 3 мин ходьбы, удобно 15 мин и мы на Фин. возкале, без пробок.

Все было супер, любимый отель. В центре такой сервис стоит в три раза дороже. От центра минут 15 на такси или машине, кто не торопится и любит гулять, сможет пройти до метро, мы шли минут 15 через озера, красивые места очень. Есть бесплатная развозка до метро и обратно. В отеле чисто, встретили хорошо, персонал был вежлив, как всегда. Останавливаемся в этом отеле третий раз и вернемся еще. Рекомендую!

Отличный отель. Соответствует цена -качество. Приятный персонал, всегда готовы помочь. Понравился спорт.комплекс, в особенности сауна. Завтрак входил в стоимость номера. Рядом с отелем красивые места для прогулок - озера.

Останавливались в гостинице в сентябре. Бронировали апартаменты, быстро заселили, пошли на встречу и отпустили нас в номер с ребенком маленьким, а муж продолжил регистрацию. Было приятно, спасибо. Замечаний нет. Все тихо и спокойно. Своя ухоженная территория. На территории есть площадки для мини-гольфа. Одним словом вернемся, нам все понравилось, особенно цена за апартаменты и предоставленный сервис
