Забронировали номер определенной категории, с 3мя окнами 20м2 (согласно сайту Островок) фото 1 В день заезда администратор Тимур сообщил, что этот номер занят и нам предоставят другой номер этой же категории. В итоге нам дали номер с одним окном он же дверь на балкон, менее 14м2. Фото 2 На все мои вопросы просьба предоставить номер что мы бронировали, мне ответили - или заезжаете в этот или отменяйте бронь... Скрин переписки прилагаю. Это при том что условия бронирования "невозвратный тариф" На мою просьбу дать телефон руководства, отказал. Помимо этого обмана, выяснилось, что нет в отеле кухни, а только угол с микроволновой и чайником. Нет пульта от телевизора, сам телевизор плохо показывает. Мебель в номере побитая, кровать скрипит от малейшего прикосновения. Шумоизоляции нет совсем, ни с улицы ни из коридора. Выехали через 2 дня, вместо 3х, нашли другое место. В возврате денег за одни сутки, отказали... Уважаемая руководство, примите меры! Администратор - лицо отеля! Администратор Тимур администратором не является, скорее консьерж, что выдает ключи. Равнодушно и пренебрежительно относится к гостям, совершенно не понимая своих обязанностей.
