I spent two nights at the hotel. I liked the location, the size of the Lux room. I didn’t like the low sound insulation and the sidewalk on the way to the hotel that was not cleared of snow and ice. The sad reality is that the hotel is in need of renovation, and obviously there is no money for it. If you are picky about minor flaws, you should probably choose another place to stay. I stayed in different hotels and didn’t have any high expectations, so the shortcomings in the room and restaurant didn’t bother me.

I booked a room 10 days before check-in, indicating that we would have a small dog with us. Reservation confirmation has arrived. The evening before check-in, the manager called and announced that pets were not allowed. At stake is an early morning departure to St. Petersburg for a family with a dog. I understand perfectly well that not all hotels allow pets, but why confirm the reservation? Why did they call only the day before departure? The hotel staff showed an extremely disregardful attitude towards the guests, and through their actions created an extremely uncomfortable situation for us. After the conversation, they promised to call back, but they only had enough spirit and tact to send an SMS with a refusal to check in. The hotel staff made an "invaluable" contribution to shaping the city's tourist image.

We specifically chose a hotel on Krestovsky Island. Quiet, the Comfort room is large and well equipped, next to an old park with squirrels. Breakfast is up to par, large swimming pool for those interested. We especially note the participation and professionalism of the administrator Svyatoslava.

Outraged. I lived this time (not the first) for 7 days. On the second day (and it’s October) the batteries became cold. “We decide, now we’ll bring a heater.” After 2 reminders they brought a microstove, which failed to cope after 2 hours of operation at maximum speed. She asked to be moved. By sending another number. I arrive, and there is a wide open window (in the rain, wind and bad weather. Just the thing for a frozen person. They moved me again. I lived for another 3 days and today the radiators are ice cold again. “We’re deciding.” Yeah, I’m asking for 2 heaters, taught by past experience. Remind I had to do it twice again, no one in the hotel is in a hurry, neither the maids, nor the kitchen, nor the reception. After half an hour (of course, it didn’t get any warmer during this time), they took away the second heater, and when I asked whether, having been fined twice, I should bring it in as a replacement. apologizing a bottle of wine to a guest, for example, they laughed in my face. If this happened in Syzran or Lyskovo... but the hotel is located in the most beautiful and expensive district of St. Petersburg.

An excellent hotel with parking and a convenient location in the sports part of the city. Parks, rowing canal, bike paths nearby. There is a stone island nearby. Low car traffic, does not interfere with sleep at night. Buffet breakfast with a wide selection.

We stopped here because my wife had been here on excursions several times already. The rooms are quite spacious, clean, have everything you need. A significant minus is very good audibility both from the corridor and from neighboring rooms. In terms of transport accessibility, it is better suited for people with their own transport. There is free parking. We walked from the metro. It is located between Krestovsky Island and Dynamo. And so and so it’s a very long walk, I advise you to take scooters from the metro and go to the parking lot 7 minutes from the hotel. True, this won’t work with bags. On the plus side, the food is buffet style. Breakfast is included, and lunch and/or dinner can be purchased for RUR 700 per person. In the dining room, we ate together with this money, but here you can eat your fill. The menu is very varied. On the last day, we left before breakfast, but the administration accommodated us and packed a very decent packed ration with us, for which special thanks. Next to the hotel there is a large park, which is becoming more and more refined every year. And further away there is Elagin Island, where you can also see a lot of things (especially the glass museum). In general, the hotel, although far away, is not isolated.

I have stayed several times over the past three years because of the convenient location and the ability to bring pets. I have a mini breed. I was disappointed by the attitude and service. Breakfast is monotonous. There is no affordable food nearby. Expensive area. 20 minutes walk to the metro, no public transport (park area). the general impression of uncleanliness, mustiness, the furniture is morally outdated. for a small puddle left by a pet, they were fined 5,000 rubles (although the issue can be solved with a simple wash, there is a mattress cover). they found fault with everything, even down to the fur of pets (“the staff collects it by hand”). Fees for pets are increasing. At first it was free, then 500 rubles per day, then 500 rubles per day for each pet (I have two dogs). I have no desire to return. it was said that I could be fined 3800 for a pillow and 2500 for a blanket (which were next to the puddle). very strange examination. there was a feeling of being ripped off. there is no trust.

When checking in on June 15, 2023, I encountered an unacceptable situation when checking into the Krestovsky Park Hotel. There was a late check-in around 24-00. 1. There is no security; at the reception, intoxicated men did not allow us to pay for the room. They got in the face, hotel employee Daria showed signs of attention to drunk citizens. Thus, not fulfilling their direct official responsibilities for registering a hotel guest. Which is simply unacceptable. The room keys were simply thrown away. The wife was interested in breakfast and accommodation conditions at the hotel. To which I did not receive answers from the hotel employee Daria. I was forced to stay because it was night. I immediately asked a question about check-out in the morning, and received an answer: the hotel does not make refunds at all. 2. The rooms are dirty, completely unsanitary from the bed linen to the chairs, bathroom carpets and even the windows. The entire room was photographed. 3. The next morning we asked for a refund of the full cost of accommodation, since it was simply unbearable to live in such a room. To which we received a refusal, because I was in the room from 24:00 to 6:00 in the morning. It is impossible to sleep or even just stay in such a room. We didn’t use the hotel’s services; breakfast was included in the price, but we didn’t go to it because we left the hotel. The hotel area is covered in rubbish, from construction to household rubbish. We saw this in the morning when we were leaving.
