酒店足夠氣派（如果以三星來衡量，和其他俄羅斯酒店相比），停車場也足夠大，距離地鐵站大約步行12分鐘，附近有幾個社區超市買東西也方便，值得推薦

A great 3-star hotel provides everything you need. We have stayed here 4 times during the last half year and I can definitely recommend the place. The price-quality ratio is unbeatable. The hotel provides a good parking zone, which was of great importance to us as we traveled by car. Breakfast is delicious and has a good variety of everything. The beds are comfy, free toiletries were always there, and cleanliness is on point. We had standard rooms every time so nothing to comment on. Next time when I need to stay in Saint Petersburg I will definitely go with this hotel one more time. Only pleasant memories and good impressions. Well done, guys.

Очень долго простояли пока оформляли документы для заселения в гостиницу, девушка администратор постоянно отвлекалась и помогала другой неквалифицированной сотруднице. Правильно было бы обслужить нас клиентов с которыми она работала и мы стояли ждали, а потом заниматься другими в соседнем окне. Муж подписал листы в которых информация была практически не видна, сказали ничего особенного, главное не курить и не шуметь. Когда бронировали гостиницу узнали, что есть комплексные обеды в кафе. Заселились, пошли в кафе на втором этаже, простояли 15 минут, перед нами были два человека, они не дождались ушли. Хамство полное, стоим у кассы мимо нас постоянно проходит работник кафе-пищеблока и нас в упор не видит, занимается своими делами, якобы ей некогда, чего пришли... Возможно таким образом постояльцев отправляют в ресторан. Могла бы извиниться и попросить подождать, нет она не стала себя этим утруждать. Пошли в ресторан, благо мы можем себе это позволить, но есть люди с разным доходом и не каждый может себе позволить пообедать в ресторане. Заказывали номер-студию, замок со стороны комнаты не работал. Матрас проваливался, спали, как в гамаке. Дети после 22.00 часов на 8 этаже бегали по коридору и орали, никто не делал им замечание.

Гостиница расположена в удобном месте, транспорт в шаговой доступности. Номер не плохой, но можно пыль и получше убирать. Завтраки "шведский стол" супер. Очень большой не достаток на этаже поселили детскую футбольную команду шум, крик и беготня с утра до вечера (детский лагерь). Но их руководителей (тренеров) на три этажа ниже. Как так? Дети не контролируется, на замечания не реагтруют. Отдых получился с головной болью.

Хороший отель, хорошие чистые номера. Ну оооочень хороший персонал . Кафе - ресторан при отеле отдельные 5 звезд ! Завтраки очень вкусные , сытные и разнообразные . Бизнес ланчи разнообразны на каждый день недели и с неплохими порциями .

Был 20.09 в этой гостинице, при обращении в бар от администратора по имени Ольга (фамилию отказалась назвать) получил рекомендацию "пойти лесом". По причине отсутствия пива в баре - сам факт ответа бармена был оскорбителен. В качестве аргумента было высказано, что мнение клиента можно опустить и вызвать охрану для удаления посетителей из гостиницы. Учитывая что являюсь клиентом постоянным в этой гостинице отношение вызывает печальное отношение.
