Я знаю эту гостиницу давно, еще когда на первом курсе института проходила там практику, теперь я приезжаю сюда в качестве гостя, и могу с уверенностью сказать, что высокие стандарты обслуживания, уважение к своей истории, теплое отношение к гостям - это то, что остается неизменным в этом замечательном месте. За прошедший год мы останавливались в Европе не менее 3 раз в самые памятные для нас даты - на нашу свадьбу, день рождения мужа, годовщину свадьбы и мой день рождения. Каждый раз мы чувствовали себя максимально комфортно и соответственно уровню гостиницы. 3 раза бронировали террасу и один раз делбкс с видом на площадь Искусств. В чем их принципиальное отличие? Делюкс больше - сама комната и ванная, в отличной от других номеров цветовой гамме - беж и зеленый, гарантирован вид на площадь. Больше особых отличий не заметила. Окно открывается полностью, оно достаточно большое, чтобы полюбоваться видом и сделать красивые фото. Терраса - все номера находятся на 5 этаже и выходят либо на Площадь Искусств, либо на Михайловскую улицу. И хотя со всех сторон открывается красота города, нам достался вид на площадь только один раз, в день нашей свадьбы, сколько раз мы не делали примечания к бронированию, что будем благодарны за номер на эту сторону, к сожалению, больше жить именно с этим видом не довелось) Сам номер меньше делюкса, выдержанный в бежевых или розовых тонах. Ощущается некоторая нехватка пространства и ”воздуха”, но которая с лихвой окупается французскими окнами в пол и возможностью завтракать/обедать и ужинать с панорамным видом на город. Наполнение номера, как шкатулочка - разные бокалы, чашечки, приборы, шикарный набор открыток, ручки, карандашики, блокнотики, хороший фен, все для химчистки. Меню подушек для лббой головы и шеи, которые всегда можно попросить у бэкофиса. Фумигатор!) Есть кофемашина, и чайный набор (отдельный респект за вкуснейший чай ”Althaus”), которые всегда можно пополнить по запросу. Минибар за доп.плату, но выбор широкий - от вкусных сладких и соленых снеков до элитного алкоголя. В ванной комнате широкий выбор косметики неплохой фирмы Elemis, везти что-то с собой нет необходимости - шампуни, кондиционеры, молочко для тела, шетки, расчески, бритвенные наборы, даже соль для ванны. Уборка производится два раза в день: утром и вечером, когда номер готовят ”ко сну”, оставляя шоколадные медальки и пожелания на день. Наборы в ванной пополняются после каждой уборки. Внимание персонала видишь на каждом шагу - от встречи на входе, даже не на входе, а на подъезде к гостиницы, когда к тебе сразу подходят, чтобы открыть дверь и помочь с багажом, до баночки меда и поздравдений с памятными датами на каждой твоем шагу в гостинице. Завтраки - отдельная тема. Мы их ждем каждый раз чуть ли не больше, чем самого проживания в Европе) таких вкусных яиц голландез мы не ели ни на одном из завтраков ни в одном из отелей. Wonderful service and great location. We stayed as a family of four. The suite had a view on Moika river (as requested ). The room design was a bit odd, while still lovely. The bathroom was a bit on smaller side for a suite was bright and well-designed. The location was unbeatable - just across the Winter Palace square. We enjoyed the breakfast - still plenty of choices, and the servers can have some special items ordered for you too. My wife felt that selection of items was lower than expected, but this issue was sadly across the Kempinski hotels in general. ( I hope now as independent hotel, they would be able to expend it 😊). They do have a fitness center with sauna and cold bath, but no formal pool. The best thing about this hotel is its team and great service. They are all kind, smiling, and helpful at every request. From the moment your car arrives, they great you and eager to help you yo enjoy the hotel and the city. Their concierge is always busy arranging tours and information. We also loved how they treat kids - from complimentary toys, kids bath products, robes to evening milk & cookies to kids toy car and crayons. It was great.

The room is big enough, but the balcony is very small and can’t get out. The balcony wall is very high and you can’t see the river view outside. Of course, you may consider the safety factor to get such a high cement wall. The entrance is under construction when you check in, which will affect the traffic and location. The hotel is located on a quiet street in a walk of access from all sights. Excellent staff, kindly and in time to answer all questions. Booked a room by phone, sent confirmation. Considered and fulfilled all wishes! There is a small closed parking, a car seat has been reserved. Elevator. A beautiful cozy room, quite quiet - sleep with open window, very clean, daily changed bedding, capsule coffee machine, teapot, drinking water, non-alcoholic drinks and candy are included in the cost of the room. In the bathroom too everything is perfect - brushes-pasta, urine, coats, slippers - everything you need and even more ... Very recommend breakfast! Start the morning with a glass of sparkling and something very delicious (menu on 2 pages) .... fresh juice, good coffee and ... you smile))) which can be pleasant!!! Thank you very much, we liked it very much!!!

We lived in the hotel 8-9 June. We arrived very early in the morning, at 6 a.m. and we were settled immediately. Room 730. Windows in the yard. Very quiet, although the hotel is in the very center of the city. Everything is clean. There is a tea set. A strange solution with champoo, gel and balsam. It is better to pour them into the dosage. And a strange solution with the curtain in the bathroom.... The toilet paper is wet. There is a smooth board in the room. Utig and toothbrushes on request. A chic breakfast. Kashi, omlets, very delicious sausages and quiz cabbage. Breads, cheese, becon, champagne, vegetables, fruit. Fruit is very much. There are peaches, and apples and bananas, peanuts and arbuzas. Yogurts, jams, honey. But! Most important! We asked for a late departure and we were allowed to stay in the room until 6:00, for which the huge gratitude to the hotel staff. So we managed to pay, stay the vertile for a day in fact 2 days) after that, also left for the purse until late in the evening. Thank you very much for the welcoming staff of this hotel. ROOMS: very spacious and bright. Big and comfortable bathroom with a shower. Everything is very clean and cozy: bathrobes, slippers and small everyday staff like vanity kit are provided for guests. Soundproof is good, but sometimes you can hear some noise (not so loudly). We found some welcoming fruits on the table, which was very nice. There are also rooms with the view on Isaakiy cathedral. LOCATION: excellent location right in the city center, 2min walk to Isaak cathedral. FOOD: good and nutritious breakfast is included: eggs, vegetables, fruits. Cereals, fruits and different drinks are available for breakfast as well. FACILITIES: good and fast wi-fi, terrace with a view, restaurant, gym and spa, business center. There is also ATM machine inside the hotel and you can use one of the hotel’s umbrellas when it rains. STAFF: very polite and helpful.

Ванная с волосами на стене от прежних жильцов, в номере 2 бутылки воды по 0,33 в пластмассе и приходится реально выпрашивать дополнительную воду, до Рецепшин из номера дозвониться невозможно, ни от кого невозможно добиться утюга и губок для ухода за обувью. На рецепшин утром, вечером и ночью нет ни одного сотрудника. Пришлось ждать 5 минут, чтобы кто-то появится в холле из персонала. На весь холл первого этажа раздается смех (вернее, ржать) персонала, который должен быть на рецепшин круглосуточно. Портье видели только 1 раз, который стоял внутри за стеклянной дверью, двери он не открывал и не помогал войти с чемоданами. Проживали 6-8 января 2023г

I will immediately tell the hotel definitely good, and for its 4 stars does a lot of things even 5 stars do not, so I recommend it exactly. It really is good everything (god breakfasts, service, rooms, etc.) all except for two things: I will speak at once, perhaps it is connected with the number 5 in which I lived (single normal). - Wifi - did not work, or worked disgustingly. It was necessary to download the presentation at 150MB. Switched almost an hour with breaks. - Noise from ventilation in the day (after 10 a.m. time). Very loud. At the level of the air conditioner at maximum capacity, or the old refrigerator. At my arrival, it was unlikely to be corrected in 3 days, so I hope the hotel will take it into work. At least ventilation from 12 if nothing can be done with noise.

I have stayed at this hotel for 17 days and honestly God it's an amazing one for the price and the quality we paid for. Centrally located on a quite Vostanya street. The room 328 was amazing and the amentias are top. Breakfast is very good with a variety of everything from coffee to Eclairs. Workers were soo friendly and helpful anywhere; Biggest kudos go to the cleaning ladies who do such an amazing job with a smile on their face. Highly recommending if you are looking for hotels in St Petersburg. Thank you so much Akyan and looking forward to seeing you in the future.

They promised a complimentary gift on arrival which did not happen. My mum did try to order champagne and was told that they didn’t put complimentary in room as my bd was a week after we depart!!!! It’s my big 50 which I was celebrating with my mum. I found this quite rude. My mum was willing to pay but they didn’t offer anything We also tried to book a massage which they advertise hugely in hotel and it’s run from same building, however we did not get a reply from the message we sent!

Stopped for one night in the room in the room of Kutuzov. No words, all super. Мы останавливались в Сапфире уже дважды. Это прекрасный отель в центре города. В шаговой доступности все главные достопримечательности, через дорогу метро, очень много кафе и ресторанов. Об отеле: первый раз мы были в апреле 2022 в номере люкс с 2 балконами и видом на Невский, номер понравился, тёплый, достаточно просторный. Ночью бывает шумно, но после долгих дневных прогулок, это не критично, нам не мешало))) В июле 2022 ездили в номер стандарт, тоже очень понравилось, окна были во двор. Очень тихо, не слышно также и соседей. В номерах чисто, уборка ежедневная, есть кондиционер, телевизор, холодильник, туалетные принадлежности. Очень удобные кровати, идеально чистое белье (для меня это важно). Вкусный завтрак. Если приходишь поздно, то все равно на выбор есть все, а не только каша))) Администраторы очень вежливые и отзывчивые, отдельный им респект. Заселение происходит быстро. Понравилось, что отель для некурящих, в отеле останавливаются приличные люди, чувствуешь себя комфортно и безопасно. Адекватные цены. Рекомендую.
