第一天入住給的房間晚上七八點還有裝修的電鑽聲，第二天我要求換房間，前台的小姐居然用翻譯器給我説，在俄羅斯他們11點裝修也是法律允許的，就是不想給我換。我堅持要換最後等下午交班給我換到另一棟樓的房間了。服務意識不怎麼好，每天打掃都不給拖鞋，我寫了個紙條也沒有給我放一雙新拖鞋。四星的酒店這個服務我也不知道怎麼那麼多好評

房間不算寬敞但是也夠用了，位於市中心的位置。衞生間和洗澡間分離這一點很方便對於家庭出遊。免費提供2瓶瓶裝水。入住辦理前台一定要求在三點以後。

位置不錯，就在涅瓦大街盡頭，離莫斯科火車站很近，去景點步行還是要二十多分鐘，但是性價比很高，最驚喜的是當天生日，服務生有晚上送香檳🍾️和小蛋糕，可惜我以為是別人敲錯門，一直沒敢開，讓人門口站了好久也沒給小費，有點過意不去

連住了三天 酒店在涅瓦大街旁 各種出行都很方便 餐廳咖啡廳二三步就一家
前台小妹妹很熱情 環境也很乾凈整潔
就是連住三天 喝了房間裏的咖啡後就再也沒有補過？
還有旁邊100m就是天然氣銀行 取錢很方便

位置不錯，在涅瓦大街邊上，出行可以全程走路，打車也很方便！房間不算大，插座不多，衹有一邊的牀頭櫃有插座可以充電！所以我是把電視機的插頭拔了來充電的～服務nice，會幫忙開居住簽，直接發郵箱！沒拍房間照片，副幾張聖以撒教堂視角的聖彼得堡的橘色日落！

此次俄羅斯之行自我感覺入住的最好一家酒店，首先它就在涅瓦大街上，步行1公里內可以到達火車站、各大景點，再走多一下即可到冬宮，最讚的是早餐豐富還不貴！
