It is an excellent hotel with great service and rooms in the heart of St. Petersburg. It is situated in historic building with great interrior where antique meets comfort and all the modern amenities you would need. The experience from front desk to the rooms and complimentary breakfast in restaurant was flawless. It is outdoing many brand chain hotels I stayed in. Never mind absence of elevator, it is only three froors and the staff will glanly bring the luggage up for you. You.actually don't want to miss walking the stair there. The rates are very reasonable. Really low for the classy hotel like this. It is walking distance from Moscow Railway station and has lots of restaurants and shopping around. So don't hesitate.

Excellent Value For Money and has some of the biggest room sizes! The staff is really nice and friendly. Like you may read with most reviews yes it doesn't have an elevator but that shouldn't be any reason not to book at this lovely hotel!

Классный отель в самом центре Петербурга, отлично подходит для тех, кто не любит большие бизнес-отели со стандартными номерами. Тут очень красиво, уютно, чисто. Прекрасная атмосфера с отсылкой в историю👍🏻 очень удобная закрытая парковка.

Понравилось всё, расположение, очень уютный отель и номер, красиво внутри, особенно работа персонала, мы чувствовали себя как дома, персонал просто замечательный, завтраки на 5+, вкусно и много, да и шампанское по желанию))). Если брать номер во двор, то не шумно. Отель советую и в Санкт-Петербурге только в этот отель!!!!

Удобное расположение, 7 минут пешком от жд вокзала.Обворожительный интерьер и очень вежливые сотрудники. Чистый и уютный номер; завтраки в соседнем ресторане по меню, очень сытные и качественные!спасибо за прекрасное время проведенное у вас.

Отдыхали в Оникс с ребёнком 11 лет в июне 2022. Уютный отель с интересными историческим интерьерами. Хорошие, достаточно просторные номера. Холодильник, чайная зона, сейф, халаты, тапочки, фен, гигиенические принадлежности. Ежедневная и, что важно, ненавязчивая уборка номера. Порадовала звукоизоляция. Боялась, что будет шумно, потому что Лиговский проспект. Номер выходил во двор, но с открытыми окнами звуки дороги долетали. Однако, при закрытых окнах - полная тишина. Коридорную жизнь и жизнь в соседних номерах тоже не слышали. Очень приветливый персонал. Завтраки в кафе на первом этаже по меню - вкусные и сытные. Рядом масса кафешек, огромный ТЦ, станция метро. Мы получили большое удовольствие от пребывания в этом отеле.
