Beautiful castel with super friendly and professional staff we had an amazing stay. The breakfast by the garden is stunning everything was perfect. I totally recommend. We haven’t tried the restaurant but I’m sure it’s a must go.

We had a fabulous time at Saint Sabine. We visited wineries, did tastings, visited the gorgeous but quaint hamlet of Châteauneuf en auxois, and hiked along the canal de Bourgogne. The staff was exceptional and we will absolutely come again. Gorgeous countryside !

Most amazing location and staff We had the most incredible stay at Chateau Sainte Sabine. From our arrival to departure everything was perfect and the staff couldn't have done more to make us comfortable. From drinks by the fire, to an amazing dinner and delicious breakfast it was something we'll always remember
