Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel situé en périphérie de la ville de Saintes. Le personnel est très professionnel et bienveillant. Le petit-déjeuner était très bon. Un hôtel à recommander, d’autant plus que les animaux sont acceptés.

The check-in was done through a 'key ATM' outside the building. The area was very weird and there were people hanging out in the parking lot. There were ZERO hotel staff anywhere in sight.
We checked in through an ATM and it dispensed our key. The room was incredibly small and the towels and other items were thin and cheap.
We were literally just stopping for 6-8hrs of sleep on a longer drive up to Paris...so it is what it is. But it was a sketchy hotel.
We could hear the guy in the next room snoring through paper thin walls. We heard him through our headboard on the other side of the wall. My wife had to turn on a noise machine on her phone for us to fall asleep.

Basic rooms but good size . It said tea / coffee making facilities but only supply a kettle nothing else so be prepared. Staff was nice always cleaning Breakfast basic but was nice spotless in restaurant. Near shops and McDonald’s and other food shops

Ótima recepção! Acesso fácil ao centro com hiper mercados nas proximidades.
A estrutura externa bem limpa, agradável e muito bem conservadas. Os apartamentos do térreo tem portas de acesso externo, com cortinas e bem limpinhas.
Ôtimo Café da Manhã, bem diversificado. Cama macia, bancada no quarto com jarra elétrica para fazer chá ou café.
Armário e banco para mala.

Quand je suis arrivé, immédiatement, j’étais prêt à mettre 5 étoiles. accueil agréable, chambre top avec balcon. ce qui m’a freiné, et je tiens à préciser que je n’en veux pas aux femmes ou hommes de chambre qui, avec un salaire de misère, font ce qu’ils peuvent en un temps donné (j’ai été directeur d’hôtel) mais j’en veux aux gérants qui ne prennent pas soin de leurs 3 étoiles normées. voir les photos ! un joint de douche se maîtrise facilement mais la poussière sur les fenêtres, c’est de la négligence ! tout cela corrigé, je reviendrai

Decepción total, el colchón muy usado y lo peor las toallas, viejas, con mal color y olor desagradable. Los vasos de papel. El hervidor de agua muy sucio y con restos de calcificación. La cortina plastificada y la bañera muy alta y peligrosa. Muy mal para haber pagado 85 euros por una noche.

plutôt satisfait du confort de la chambre il y a tout ce qu'il faut , la propreté très correct , la literie parfaite .Petit bémol il y a des gens qui pense être seuls au monde et sont très bruyants mais bon je pense que le respect des autres ils ne connaissent pas. Je recommande cet établissement car il n'est pas responsable des incivilités .
