The hotel is about a 20-minute walk from downtown Garapan. The location is excellent. It's a great value for money. It's not quite a hotel, but it's perfect for just sleeping. The beds and the room condition are fine. It seems to be mainly used by Chinese people for long-term stays. The owner is Chinese and is very friendly and helpful. He's not always available. It's recommended to install WeChat in advance to keep in touch. However, there's a lounge on the first floor. It's always crowded. It's legal here, so it seems like a popular spot for locals. It didn't smell particularly bad. They didn't seem to care much about it and it didn't seem dangerous, but caution is advised.

The hotel boasts a fantastic location, overlooking the beach and park. The sea views from the room windows are lovely and relaxing. Situated in the city center, it's conveniently located near restaurants, farmers' markets, supermarkets, souvenir shops, and more. The rooms are spacious and clean, the owner is friendly and patient, and airport shuttle service is available.

This is my second time in Saipan, so I was able to find such a good hotel! The hotel is right on the beach, with a beautiful sunset view. The room is large and clean. The owner is very nice and speaks Chinese throughout the entire stay. Airport pick-up and drop-off are provided, and purified water is provided free of charge. It is very close to the central shopping center and it is also convenient to eat nearby. It is a hotel with super cost-effectiveness! Saipan is worth visiting N times!

The room is very clean. The sea view room can really see the sea at a glance. The most important thing is the location is super good. There is a fruit and vegetable supermarket opposite with a lot of fruits and not expensive. McDonald's and a Chinese supermarket are a 100-meter walk away. The second stop of bus No. 1 is opposite the hotel downstairs🚌. The sea is downstairs of the hotel and it is a holy place to watch the sunset. The room is spacious and has a domestic socket strip for plugging in data cables. It is very close to the Crown Hotel and you can go to the Crown to play at any time.

The room was clean, the service was friendly, and there was someone on site 24 hours a day. The owner, who was mainly Chinese, was very easy to communicate with. The room was across from the ocean, and the price was affordable. I found a treasure and ordered it. There's a McDonald's just a few steps away.
