No highlights, very old, very small for the resort,no bath tube in room, also Ctrip has bad connection with the hotel, my reservation hasn’t been through the system over 8 hrs. Breakfast is lousy, the worst I have ever had in resort all over the world, full of rude Korean. The beach is ok, but you need to be careful with the sharp sands when you into the ocean.

I stayed at the Kensington Hotel for 6 days. Because I didn't know they offered late check-out, I booked an extra night. My flight was in the early morning, and after failing to reach an agreement, they said my reservation was non-refundable. The environment was very nice, mostly frequented by Koreans, so the food was Korean-style. Although the menu changed every night, on East Moon, it was drastically different – ​​what a misunderstanding of Chinese food! The only drawback was the cleanliness. It wasn't cleaned every day. When I asked the front desk, they said it was because I didn't press the bell, but they said it would be cleaned the next day upon check-in. In this hot weather, shouldn't the garbage bags be changed daily?

If you're not Korean, I strongly advise against this. The hotel's attitude is completely indifferent. A local island lady greets you at the front desk, and aside from her, no one else in the entire hotel provides excellent service. I spent two days there, and received absolutely no service. Not only are the amenities old, but many of the outlets are broken and unusable, posing a significant safety hazard. They promised daily water and an updated mini bar, but none of that happened! The shower water wasn't hot, there was only one wine glass, and no toothbrush. (This was the most expensive hotel on the island, about $1,300 per night, but the amenities were minimal and poor.) The room also had a musty smell. The experience was truly terrible. The Aqua next door was a far superior experience.
