Hotel Nara Sakurai No Sato Reviews

A really beautifully hotel that sits on higher ground. It has a great view and peaceful surroundings. On one wing of the hotel is a student hostel on the lower floor but they have a different entrance. Dinner wasn’t great and the main course meat was tough. Could see many tables didnt finish that course. It was probably because of the peak sakura season and they were fully booked for meals. Breakfast was good though. Overall still a great place. The room size was very comfortable and new which made a great difference. They even have a common microwave available.

The accommodation is a bit away from the town, but that actually made the night view even more beautiful.

Nice out of town location on a side of a hill. Very spacious rooms and everything looks new. The breakfast is decent.

The room is large, suitable for self-driving family travel. There are not many restaurants nearby. The hotel can make a reservation for barbecue, but it should be noted that you should make an appointment with the hotel three days in advance before entering. Pastoral scenery, you can see beautiful sunrise and sunset.

When I checked in at night (around 7pm), there were no Japanese staff members, so I had a hard time getting a receipt written by the foreign staff member who didn't understand kanji. Breakfast starts at 7, so it would have been helpful if they'd served it 30 minutes earlier. Although Trip.com lists a picture of a hot spring, please note that this facility does not have a hot spring facility.

The location is really remote; the nearest convenience store is two kilometers away. However, the room facilities are very new, but unfortunately there's no public shower. The breakfast was quite nice.

This was my first time using this hotel. At first, I thought it might be an apartment because of the location, but the view was great and it was relaxing... The staff were also very nice! I'd love to use it again (^^)

My husband and I stayed here last year. It was quiet, spacious, and the bathroom had its own washing area and separate toilet. The view from the window was tranquil and relaxing. My husband wanted to bring our daughters next time, so we finally stayed as a family. We have bad teeth so we can't eat out, so we bring our own food. I had confirmed there was a microwave installed last time, so I used it this time. We relaxed until the last minute before check-out. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Thank you very much.
