Absolute gem of a place in the serenity of South Goa! We had a week off in mid/December in this place, and everything from the pickup from Dabolim Airport to our departure was nothing less than excellent. The property had a private beach which is very clean and well maintained with beach watch to ensure safety in the water during daylight hours. There are three restaurants on site which cater to different cuisines, as well as a couple of decently priced beach shacks on the beach front. There is also a water sports activity cubicle on the beach from where the usual things like jetskis, para gliding etc can be booked and rides taken. Staff at the HIRG were polite and went out of the way to make us welcome. At breakfast every day the manager and chef made rounds enquiring about food and offering live food choices. Live music in the evening in the main restaurant was great, especially the gentleman playing the saxophones. All in all, a quiet holiday made better by the people running the establishment. We will surely be back soon.

We loved the central location. This hotel is 5 mins walk from the beach and a few minutes away from bars and restaurants. Our room was clean and spacious with a nice balcony. All rooms have a balcony or terrace which look out on to a quiet lane. To get to the river you need to walk round the back of the hotel. This takes you through the Luisa by the Sea complex. These grounds are lovely and they lead to a nice walk to the river. Breakfast consisted off cereals, toast and choice of eggs. The omelettes were very nice. There was a buffet with Indian options too. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a large pool but there were only 2 sun loungers with cushions so we didn't spend any time round here. This is a small and friendly hotel which I would definitely return to.

I want to stay here again. There are tourist spots nearby. The bed is big and it's a waste to sleep alone. The service of the employees was perfectly fine.

Comfortable & helpful l staff. My friend got cramp in legs so they helped a lot in making them get up. Gave extra ordinary services by going to medical.
