We stayed at Riad Baddi for two weeks and were extremely disappointed with our experience. Our room had serious condensation issues, leaving the floor constantly wet, and several electrical switches appeared unsafe. The hallway lights stayed on all night, making it difficult to sleep. On top of that, the TV in the reception area was played very loudly every evening. The most upsetting part was the attitude of Anouar, the receptionist and accountant. When I politely explained that we couldn’t sleep because of the noise and the hallway light, he shouted at me and simply told me to “close the door.” He would also sit right outside our room, talking loudly on his mobile phone and laughing late into the evening, with no consideration for guests trying to rest. We paid a significant amount for a two-week stay and expected much better. I especially felt sorry for my elderly mother and the rest of my family. We came to spend quality time together, but instead we were exhausted from the constant noise and lack of sleep. Once payment was made, we felt completely ignored. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this riad. Not worth paying 70€ a night! We asked to change the room, we were asked to pay more! Disgraceful!!! We asked to make less noise, we were ignored ! I do not recommend!!!!
