Having to pay for parking was a shock - especially @ $27:00!
However, when, as a courtesy, we informed the hotel that we'd missed our connection in Amsterdam & couldn't get another flight 'till the following day they offered to re-book our room; no fuss, no surcharge, so much relieved. Very impressed with that level of service.

The location is excellent and very close to anything you may want to do. The breakfast was good with a nice assortment. We would stay again.

Although site said parking there is a surprise $27 parking fee. I thought site policy said the price is all inclusive but this hotel has surprise fee.

Two things bothered me - because of the barn style door to the bathroom, your roommate can See and Hear you going to the bathroom. Also the doors to the rooms are tremendously heavy, which means they slam every time someone goes in or out of their room. Other than that, the hotel was great.

Good stay overall.
Overall hotel stay was pretty good, valet and the people at the desk were great. Room was nice and comfortable amd clean, the shower area was really the only issue in the room as it was slightly dirty but thats somethingi expect with every shower. The breakfast area was incredible. The location of the hotel was perfect. We were able to walk almost everywhere we went. We went to spend some time in the pool area and while the water was warm, it was also a bit cloudy so it could definitely use some work. All in all it was a very good stay for my wife and i but i would be a little careful if you are bringing young ones as there was a lot of hall ways noise friday and saturday nights around midnight from people at the bars
