"Stayed 2 months during building work at home, hot water only on between 5-8am and 5-8pm No heating, had to buy an electric fan heater for the room, we were supposed to be staying an extra week but came back after a night out and they had given the room to someone else, no idea how they knew we weren’t there the night before other than physically going into the room to check, we left and never went back even though they tried to give us another room. strangest thing was the caretaker guy just kept appearing when you least expect it, like he was watching you, stunk of **** and very loud at weekends in the room above. "

"It's within walking distance of Old Trafford, making it a good place to stay on match days. The hotel is a room in an apartment building, so it's spacious, has plenty of electrical outlets, and you can even cook there. The downside is that it can be hard to find."

"We rented two apartments for two families. Apartments were great, really modern, clean and well equipped. The staff that we spoke to on the phone in advance and those that gave access on the day were great and really helpful. Would certainly recommend for families visiting Manchester."

"My daughter and I attended a Sip and Paint Art Class at the Waterside Bar and Restaurant and we had an amazing evening. We had never been here before. We received a warm welcome from the bar staff on arrival and were directed to the Artistic Adventures lady who had the class in a designated room. We had a couple of cocktails and a coffee and cake whilst we were there and we found the venue very pleasant. We loved the art class too! There was free parking for three hours included at the bar. We will definitely return."

"No hot water or heating, took an hour standing outside before let in. Garden is in a mess. Main door weak and people keep knocking on the door."
