Nice unit with a double bed, queen bed and set of bunkbeds. Very expensive for us. Kitchen with appliances, dishes, fridge and utensils. Location turned out to be inconvenient for activities in Salida. Oddity was a request to ***** the beds, wash the towels, wipe down all surfaces and sweep the kitchen, entry and bathroom. Given the location, it would be an excellent place for skiers, fishing and hikers. Hostess was very pleasant.

Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Just a few minute drive to Monarch Mountain and about 20 min drive to Salida. Hot tub was well maintained and another great benefit of our stay. Gigi was awesome and made sure our stay was comfortable. Definitely will stay here again!

Property was very clean and nice but no cell service. Also from pictures I believed there was a private balcony but it was a shared balcony on the first floor. Views from condo weren't great unless you wanted to stand and look out the window. Area around condo was a bit tacky but it did feel safe. However, the owner Gigi lives on the property and was very friendly and accommodating and the unit was clean and comfortable. Beds were nice. TV was small. Lots of rules and you must clean the unit for the most part so leave an hour before check out at 10 a.m. to do that. All in all this is a good place if you want to be remote and off the grid.
