The bed sheets were obviously stained, and the hotel shirked responsibility. Ctrip customer service didn't care at all and didn't provide any solutions or compensation. The hotel's deposit was 250 Canadian dollars, which was more expensive than the room rate. It was really unacceptable to let guests sleep on such bed sheets.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the surroundings were nice. However, there was a machine on the outside wall that looked like an exhaust system. It was very loud and ran non-stop 24 hours a day, seriously affecting my sleep. I reported this to customer service, but instead of changing rooms, they gave me some earplugs, which were of poor quality. I give it a bad review.

The room is clean and tidy, the service is thoughtful, and the overall standard is up to the standard of a high-end hotel. The surrounding area is a large lake area, the environment is beautiful and elegant, and it is suitable for summer vacation and leisure. It is recommended to stay here

位置佳，下highway 即達。房間夠大，但是床單明顯老舊起毛球粗糙，不舒服。預定四人房也只有三套毛巾。早餐一般，服務人員客氣有禮。

性價是很高，早餐算不錯，位置也很好，前台很反應很快。
