Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Salt Lake City Airport Reviews

Room very small, no closet, AC and wifi switches off at night, shuttle service terrible, terrible breakfast, poor qualiry toiletries and annoying "drip" dispensers. Except for 2 female front desk workers the staff were not accommodating or customer friendly. No AC in hallways and elevator jolts every time it stops which irritated my injured knee. Pillows were small and lumpy and only 3 for a queen bed. Best thing: Isabella and the young lady who helped me retrieve an item wedged between the window seat and wall in my room because there wasn't any maintenance personnel. I prepaid for 15 nights so I stayed but definitely won't return. Would not recommend this property.

Everything was ok, but felt dated, a bit cheap, and time for a renovation. It felt safe and was fine, but I would likely stay at a higher end hotel next time if, as like the time of booking, the price differential was minimal.

I recently stayed at Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Salt Lake City Airport and was quite disappointed with my experience. The room was not very clean, which was unexpected and uncomfortable. Additionally, there was a box of tissues running out from the moment I checked in. The amenities were very limited. There was no refrigerator or microwave in the room, which made my stay less convenient. The room itself was also much smaller than I expected. While the location is excellent and the staff was generally average in their service, the overall quality did not meet my expectations. I hope the management will take steps to improve the cleanliness and provide better facilities for future guests.

This hotel was conveniently located to the airport which suited our needs perfectly.    Our room was clean and spacious enough for a couple, but the mattress age and pillows let down our accommodation comfort.     The hotel provided a delicious breakfast and check in/out were seamless and we enjoyed the courtesy airport shuttle bus.

The hotel is only 8 minutes rides provided by the hotel. The front desk lady Jackie is super nice and helpful. I definitely will recommend it to my family and friends and I will definitely book it again!
