Holiday Inn Express properties in Salt Lake County

We had a quick overnight stay to be close to fashion place mall. The location has a lot of food around and was safe. My only small dislike was how small the pool and hot tub were. Staff was friendly and everything was updated and clean.

We came here for a staycation. Very excited to experience the pool. The rooms were very nice. However, I was disappointed with the Pool area. It looks like the hotels that manage it gave up on the maintenance and are letting it go to waste. Breakfast was fine. They do need a larger area. We didn’t know where to sit down or set our food down. We ended up back at our room to finish eating. The service was fine. Everyone else was able to check in but we had to wait 40+ to get our room although we had been there first. If you’re coming for the pool… save yourself money and go somewhere nicer.

The facilities are a bit old, and the Dove for the bathroom makes up for some. The disadvantage is that the noise is very loud at night near the highway, I sleep with earplugs, the room is not soundproof, and the sound of the TV next door can be heard.

Spacious room, clean, front desk staff were super friendly. Very nice breakfast, I would definitely like to come again.
