Exceptionally good as always. Superb breakfast, friendly and efficient staff, and there is a rooftop pool as a bonus. Great brand through and through. Would recommend 120%. A Value choice.

Pros: good location, if you looking for beaches without crowds. Relatively close to mais attraction, however Uber super affordable. People friendly and welcoming. Close some grocery and market shops, few places to eat out. Rooftop swimming pool view. Cons: hotel is crying for refurb, not every room has safe box, when requested they never brought, main door, lift is disaster specially when hotel crowded you need to wait ages, bed, mattress, pillows need to be changed, no drinks in fridge, however I was asked at check out if I consumed something. Breakfast on top floor and small space for amount of people. No hangers in wardrobe.

Great stay, I've stayed a few times and will definitely go back, just one observation, improve the ventilation in the room as it had a very strong musty odor when we arrived.

I had already read a lot of reviews about the hotel, but we had already booked the hotel, thinking that the chain is well known. However, to our surprise, the hotel management in Salvador is much inferior to other places, such as Santa Catarina, for example. There is a lack of employees, those that are available are very competent, but they are overworked. The cleaning is not adequate, it is clear that the basics are done, to be aware. There was no towel in the room, on the first day she said she would leave it and she didn't, we used the same one. On the second day I had placed it on the floor as a sign that it would really need to be changed, as the window in the room was closed with screws, the room was only ventilated by air conditioning and the towels had no way to dry and consequently the bad smell. Upon arriving in the room, to our surprise the towels were not changed again and she had the courage to put the towel on the floor in the shower, like "to be used". The times the room was "cleaned", the shower was not cleaned, there was hair on the floor. Half mouth cleaning. The elevators need maintenance, they often broke down. Due to the cleaning of the rooms being done by few employees, it causes delays for new guests to arrive. in between. Generating huge queues at reception and long waits to go up to the rooms. Not to mention that on the days I was there, there was a case of reserving the same room for some boys, which was already reserved for two women. And to their surprise, when they went upstairs, they opened the room and they were inside the room. I was so worried that from that day on I kept checking the door and even so it didn't make me feel confident about coming back to stay at this hotel one day.

The hotel is located on the shore not far from the sea but overall it is old and could use some renovation

Terrible bed, the sheet looked like a single, we asked for another one and they said they didn't have it 🤷🏽♀️ basic breakfast, pool only opens at 10:00 am, garage paid. When we arrived the room was pure cigarettes, they smelled it…

Good breakfast, I missed the white cheese. There is a variety of fruits, juices and cakes. Facilities in need of preventive renovation, the room I stayed in had clogged plumbing (sink and shower in the bathroom) I asked for repairs and received assistance. But the building had leaks in the hallway and bathroom. As for the hotel service, it was very well attended.

Reasonable service. There was no cleaning of the room. Facilities need maintenance. Reasonable food.

Great location, great room service, very varied breakfast, service by extension and WhatsApp needs to improve when service is needed, I had to go to the ground floor unnecessarily because of this.

Simple hotel, don't come if you want to rest, as you won't be able to sleep well. The room absorbs a lot of noise from outside, it's noisy all night long due to guests who don't have a shred of respect for others, there's shouting in the hotel corridors, we can't sleep well, apart from the fear of someone opening our room , several times we noticed that they were forcing our door to open. Simple breakfast, the 4 days we stayed the same thing was served. It met my needs due to the value, but I wouldn't stay here again.
