Pros: * spacious clean room * good breakfast opening at 6:30am sharp (doors are locked before then), with lactose-free milk and gluten-free options * okay pool area (no greenery though) Cons: * the A/C was weak, but after running it for one day the room was sufficiently cool (you do need a card in the slot during that day...) * no "Do not disturb" sign to hang onto the doorknob * the desk in the room was small and very annoying for laptop work (round, glass) * the chairs in the room were not comfortable at all * out of all the staff, only one front desk person spoke English * no laundry facilities * no business room * old slow elevator * window didn't insulate from the street noise that well, but I used 33 dB NRR earplugs to block the noise that came through; there are also many rooms that don't face the street * the front gate didn't open automatically with my key; had to wait for staff to open it; other times it was left open

Stayed for carnival great location! Helpful staff. Great pool

Problems with cleanliness upon arrival, delayed check-in, very noisy and erratic air conditioning, and a leak in the bathroom. I don't intend to return despite the location.

The hotel is located two minutes from the beach. However, during our stay, there was a storm and rain, so we couldn't swim :) This is probably the safest place in El Salvador – there's a military facility nearby, and there's always a military or police car nearby :)) The Maritime Museum is a 15-minute walk away. The rooms are quiet, not very new, but perfectly acceptable. The breakfasts are okay (although we've had better cheese buns :)) A show at the Coliseum is a must.

Excellent service and very comfortable, unbeatable location, the pool was very clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was very complete. I only deducted one point for the facilities; although the hotel isn't new, it's very well-maintained, though there could be improvements. For example, there are two small elevators, and even though it was off-season, they were quite crowded. The staff was impeccable. We'll be back!

The service was good. The breakfast was nothing special. The location of the hotel is very good. The room facilities are normal.

Lo mejor es la ubicación. El desayuno está bastante bien, camas cómodas y piscina refrescante. El personal podía ser más simpático.
