Great location, thought I reserved a room with two beds as I was traveling with a toddler but was told they have only rooms with queen beds. Worked out ok as we pushed the bed to the wall and our little one sleep near the wall so he did not fall onto the floor. Staff was great at providing us hot water to make bottles for our little traveler.

The noise issue was terrible as it was possible to hear conversations in the next room. There wasn't even a sheet, just a blanket. The breakfast was very good. Good location, close to pharmacy and next to shopping mall

I've been there other times. What's new now is the new restaurant, which is right at the entrance, very good. In this room this time, there were no hooks in the bathroom to hang towels, that's all. Other than that, everything is very good.

I had stayed 2 other times (I really liked it), but on this occasion, the bathroom sink was blocked, in addition to the shower, which leaked water into the room. I called to ask for a solution, the guy suggested (unbelievably) that we not take a shower. The room had a bad smell (maybe from the sewage) and, to top it off, the air conditioning didn't work well. It was the third (and unfortunately last) time I stayed there. Very unpleasant experience
