Very good location. Comfortable rooms, good breakfast. I stayed there 4 nights with my family (2 kids and 2 adults). Everyone was comfortable in the studio. I recommend this hotel for sure!

O primeiro contato não foi nada bom... O check-in foi um caos! Foi no período de carnaval... Mas a demora foi algo injustificável. Realmente mostrou a falta de preparo para a época em questão. Gerou revolta por parte de todos que estavam no saguão... Demorou infinitamente mais do que o aceitável.
O quarto deixou muito a desejar... Estrutura antiga, ar-condicionado no mínimo e mesmo não desligando durante toda a estadia, não estava gelando... Tive que direcionar a ventilação para a cama e assim tentar dormir mais confortável. Em um dos dias choveu forte e mesmo com a janela 100% fechada entrou água...
O café da manhã tem muitas opções... Nos serviu bem.

Nossa estadia foi durante o carnaval e em relação a localização foi ótima. O hotel fica em frente a um ótimo shopping com transporte público de fácil acesso.
O atendimento dos funcionários não deixa a desejar. Eles oferecem poucas roupas de cama, não oferecem mais de um cobertor por quarto, é necessário pedir na recepção. A acústica do quarto não é boa, as portas dos quartos fazem bastante zuada, então a medida que os outros hóspedes entram ou saem, fica muito fácil ser acordado.

Podemos destacar o bom atendimento dos funcionários, localização (poucos passos do Shopping Salvador) e café da manhã (variado, reposição rápida, tapioca e omelete feitos na hora, super recomendo). O estacionamento é pago (como quase em todos os lugares em Salvador) e fácil estacionar e encontrar vagas. O hotel precisa de umas reformas pontuais e arejar os quartos para sair um pouco o cheiro. Porém, as vantagens superam as desvantagens. recomendo.

Ao entrar no quarto acionamos a recepção para falar que o ar condicionado não estava funcionando, porem apareceram no quarto somente apos 36 horas, onde trocaram o nosso quarto devido o problema no ar condicionado
