The room was very nice, quite good for El Salvador. It's close to the beach, less than a 5-minute walk away. It has a pool, a nice restaurant, and garden views. Unfortunately, there were a few mosquitoes and small insects, but that's unavoidable in the tropics. You could see geckos. Late check-out is acceptable for some rooms. The surrounding area is quite desolate, but it's a 45-minute drive from the city center and major attractions.

The hotel is super cozy and quiet! We received super special and attentive service from the team!! The breakfast is very complete and with fresh options, such as freshly made tapioca, we really liked it! The location of the hotel is good, but it is worth mentioning that it is far from the tourist attractions and other restaurants to visit in the city! The hotel infrastructure is good, the garden is super beautiful and well maintained. Regarding the hotel itself, facade, corridors, etc., we think it lacks a little care and zeal. There's a cool restaurant in the hotel that's worth checking out!

Love the staff, room is okay, building/rooms can use improvement. Great pool and restaurants was my favorite, beach very nearby. The only complaint i have is the keycard for the room, i needed them to reset it every time i left the room, didnt work.

Beautiful property with nice pool areas. The restaurant was ok for breakfast but the dinner was poor. Overall service was mediocre for a hotel of this quality.
