The hotel is located at a gorgeous beach. It’s right at the beach. The best of the hotel is the location, easy access to the beach and its pool area. However, the staff is not friendly. I had the impression that everyone was very upset to be working there, reflecting on the way that they interacted and communicated with the guests. I had to control myself many times to not arguing with them. It was general, not a specific staff member. The restaurant staff and the front desk staff. The rooms are simple which is not a problem, however I booked a deluxe room and it has nothing of “deluxe quality”. There were small bugs in the bathroom, very disappointing. The breakfast is very simple and the 3 days that I had breakfast there it was the same food, no variety of food. I won’t return there.

Please share reviews honestly. The area surrounding the hotel is simply unsafe and polluted. It's not a pleasant place to take a walk in the evening. The staff isn't very helpful. They prefer to do as little as possible. They walk around listlessly, giving the impression they don't care about working for the hotel. The garden is beautiful and well-maintained. The pool looks well-maintained. Breakfast isn't great. And everyone who says breakfast is great can't comment on the food. The hotel could be much better because the location is excellent, but I don't see any improvement in the surrounding area.

Tolle Lage direkt am belebten Strand. Durch eine Bucht ist das Wasser dort angenehm zum schwimmen. Zimmer geräumig und bequem ausgestattet. Frühstück mit Terrasse, quasi am Pool. Tolle Gartenlage. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstücksbuffet. Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend.

All the staff members were adorable and efficient, except for one older guy (night shift) who kept talking about politics and criticising the hotel, the area and the country at large. He was very negative and a terrible first impression, as we checked-in late and had to listen to his personal (unfairly) negative views about Brazil. I would recommend that he keep his personal politics outside work, especially as he doesn’t know what the guests’ politics are.

The property is located on the beautiful beach of Itapoan, the swimming pool is great, breakfast is ok, staff is fine, but the property is old, it seems that it never recovered from the pandemic. I arrived at the hotel at 9 pm and had to take a lukewarm shower, it had no hot water and the drain was clogged and water started to build up and run outside the shower, had to take shower in installments. Room furniture are old and bedding is simple, only sheets, no cover. It is not a resort. But depending on your mood can be a good stay.

The top three things i qould like to see the hotel change: 3. Improve the breakfast items. 2. Invest in better bed clothes. Maybe get some fitted sheets fo the beds. 1. Upgrade the rooms. Especially the televiisions. I used the television a lot . The sheer curtains should be changed also. The refrigerator was working, but should be defrosted and cleaned more. The hotel is perferfect for a romantic get away. With a few changes, this.place could be spectacular. The checkin staff was awsome. The kitchen staff was great. The wifi is good, but can use a little upgrade.For the price I feel i could get justba little better. This was my second time at this hotel. Im sure i will return.
