Clean and efficient hotel. Easy to travel to many tourist spots by public bus. Checkin counter is on 2nd floor.

Need to take 10mins bus from train station, but can ask for guest mobility ticket in advance through email, room is very clean

The hotel is a bit in the middle of nowhere, the reception is on the second floor without an elevator only stairs. Beside is McDonald's which is open until late. The bus 21 is just below the hotel is a plus that you can easily go to the city in 11-16min and free with the mobility pass the hotel gives, the bus runs almost every 25min. Overall the customer service is good.

Main entrance at 2nd floor, lift does not working, have to walk up via car park compound, not easy in Dec under cold weather no heater, only air conditioning provided and does not warm enough

B&B is a nice place to stay in Salzburg. The connection with the city center by buses is quite nice. Highly suggested.

The location was fair considering the prices for the rooms , the staff was very cordial and the bus stop was just at entrance of the hotel which made commute using the city buses very easy .

The room was very nice and clean, right next to McDonald's! The room was small, but the bed was comfortable! The hotel was easy to find, check-in was convenient, and check-in times were flexible! Recommended

The hotel facilities are modern and clean, and the rooms are quite clean. After 10:00 PM, there's no staff at the front desk, requiring self-service check-in. The location is quite remote, with only McDonald's nearby for food. Bus No. 21 runs from the hotel entrance, and Bus No. 23, about 400 meters away, takes you to the main railway station. The bus stop for Bus No. 23 is a bit difficult to find, as you have to go through an underground passage. I recommend asking the front desk, who provided excellent service.
