Had a very wonderful stay at Austria Trend Hotel Europa. The staff professionalism in handling my request on the room and also manage to deal with the issue regarding the Salzburg Guest Mobility Ticket on the day of arrival is a plus point before even my check-in. Allow up to 12pm to check out also allow flexibility for me to do some last sightseeing of the City before leaving. Overall I am very satisfy with my stay and do not regret my selection of choosing this hotel.

Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The service was top-notch, with very attentive and welcoming staff. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The location is a huge plus—convenient and within walking distance and next to salzburg train station easy to go to major attractions. Would definitely stay here again

The hotel is convenient to sightseeing points and restaurant as well as shopping mall Forum 1. In addition, the room spacious is more comfortable and good environment. It has a good view to city centre at high floor level. The receptionist had forgotten to give us the Salzburg mobility tickets. It was too little to provide coffee and tea bags as we stayed for two days. It was not clearly stated free of charge or not for snack and biscuit in the room.

Very dirty but location was good. Make sure double check city tax. Trip.com showed me that €3.5 will be charged as I’m a sole traveler but the staff with hijab tried to charge me €7 without any explanation. When I asked isn’t it €3.5 she changed the amount.

Very cozy, with stunning views of the snowy mountains from the high-floor windows. It's super convenient – just cross the road to reach the main train station and bus terminal. The tap water comes directly from the Alps and is safe to drink. The only downside is that no toiletries are provided, just hand soap, no shampoo or shower gel.

Everything is good. The hotel is located right next to the train station and bus station, best for traveler on either long or short journey. Good restaurants are nearby, McDonald at next door runs till 2am so no one could be starve. Vending machine is around and served 24 hours. For the hotel room, pillow is soft and nice, blanket are warm, good enough space for showcases. Bathroom is simple but you have everything, including a bath tub and hair dryer. Staff are nice, helpful and efficient, I recommend this hotel to everyone.

A very basic hotel food for transit. Great location, but cleanliness can be improved. The chair got stains.

Pros: 1. The front desk staff provided excellent service, patiently answering questions and giving specific directions as requested by guests. 2. Convenient transportation – there are bus stops for multiple routes right next to the hotel (Figure 1), and guests can ride for free with a voucher provided by the hotel (Figure 2). Cons: 1. There were at least two spots in the room where multiple hairs were still left (Figure 3)! 2. While breakfast offered a good variety, the price was quite high, and there were too many flies in the restaurant (Figure 4), which didn't match the high cost. Poor hygiene negatively impacts the hotel's image.

So the room i stayed was super dirty tons of stains everywhere. The toilet bowl too. I dont dare to step on the ground i had to buy slippers. As for convenience its there

I like it very much here. It's close to the train station and has many Chinese restaurants in the walking distance. Reception girl is very sweet and pretty. My room is large and homes good condition facilities. I like the breakfast dinner best on the 15th floor.

This hotel's location is fantastic, right next to the train station, just a 1-2 minute walk away. The room is spacious, though a bit dated. Still, the location makes it absolutely perfect!

The location is superb, right outside the train station. From the higher floors, you can even see a panoramic view of Salzburg Castle. The hotel doesn't offer luggage storage, but you can leave your bags in a corner of the lobby, though they won't be responsible for any damage or loss. Everything else was great.
