The pool was great! The food was great! The wait staff were great! The sand was so great - it was so soft on my feet! The animals and plants were great, too! If you want to disconnect from everything, even just for a while, this place gives you just that.

This is a very secluded area which is why I liked it so. If you want crowds then go to Boracay but if you want a beautiful beach with more privacy then this is your paradise getaway. The staff is very friendly and attentive and the owner is extremely caring. I loved this place and the view is like Hawaii Maui. Be aware that the beach is going down a mountain so there are lots of stairs to climb. Also I loved the Peacock’s that roam there. This is a perfect Anniversary vacation

Visit was nice
Only stayed on night, I think we were the only ones there. Very nice resort, quiet and peaceful.
Steps getting to and from bungalow to main office and parking lot are crazy steep, with lots of steps, no elevator. You bell boy is an actual bell boy and will respond when you ring the bell, while on duty, he clocked out at 8pm which was fine. But bell boy Carrie’s luggage up and down stairs for you. Try to limit the amount of luggage you bring

Very beautiful older resort. The property and beach are breathtaking. It is down a very steep hill so plan accordingly. A long hike up to the parking and taxi. Excellent food served at your room, at the bar or on the beach. Very romantic. Many tours available. And very inexpensive. I will definitely return for a longer visit.

I was amazed by how calm and natural the place was. The staff were very friendly, approachable, and respectful, especially regarding how they treated LGBTQ individuals. The room was clean; however, the most challenging part was the uphill trek, as our room was located on the upper part and far away from the beach. Though the food was very pricey, and there were some hidden charges that we had to pay, overall, everything was amazing.
