環境還挺好的，酒店會有温馨的卡片，還有青蘋果🍏哦，前台的小姐姐能説英語，早餐好豐盛的，不錯👍🏻，但是有一個搞衞生的大姐挺敷衍，平常檢查衞生的人還挺負責，後面住到高層後，一切不太一樣了的感覺.

Чистый и продуманный отель. Завтраки полноценные. Каши, фрукты, десерты и выпечка, овощи-гриль, рыба, йогурты, творог, блинчики, зерновой кофе. По просьбе приготовят персонально для вас. Комплемент при заселении. Нареканий нет. Номер на 4 этаже с видом на Волгу.

Раньше был Ренессанс. Теперь вот - Реальянс. Не первый раз в этом отеле. И хочу отметить что все идет по наклонной. Изменение не пошло на пользу. Построен отель в начале 2000 х годов. Мебель, отделка и интерьеры остались с тех времен. То есть уже 20 лет как не менялись. На потолках и стенах видны следы протечек, вмешательств электриков, сантехников и прочего персонала. Кондиционер не работает уже давно. Обои отклеились. Двери давно требуют замены - оббиты и обшарпаны. Лифты работают также. Все очень медленно и непонятно как быстро они доставят на этаж. Персонал меняется регулярно. И не в лучшую сторону. Принцип общения - скажите спасибо что вообще пустили. Если не нравится, то мы и не держим. Оплатил номер с завтраком и попросил собрать сухой паек утром так, как был ранний вылет. Ответ работника службы размещения Сергея: уже 22.00, нужно было до 20.00. Ничего не будет. Я не ожидал такого ответа. Даже в маленьком Ханты-Мансийске такого не было. А тут целая столица не маленькой области. Ресторана в отеле нет и в округе тоже. Есть кафе, но предупреждают что ожидание - 40 - 60 минут. Что это: регламент кухни или отказ в приеме заказа - не понятно. Я заказал. Лицо администратора было не очень радужным. Принесли через 20 минут. Рекомендую лучше в Лотте брать номера. Да, на 15 минут дальше, но хоть цена и качество соответствуют. А этот «отель» давно превратился в хостел с замашками 4 звезд.
