Было 2 бронирования, как только в Самару приехали и перед поездом из Самары (были проездом, нужно было в аэропорт). В первый раз когда вовремя приехали все нормально было. А вот перед отъездом из Самары, ещё при бронировании за 2 недели, указали, что заезд будет поздний, после полуночи. Самолёт к сожалению задержали и вместо 1 часа ночи, приехали к 5 утра. И оказалось что наш двухместный номер уже кому-то сдали, хотя оплатили номер заранее за 2 недели. Никто бронь не отменял. Просто взяли и засели в уже оплаченный номер другого человека. Т.е. решили заработать. Еще и 300 рублей удержали за бронирование. Хотя их вина, что люди остались ночью без номера, могли и полную стоимость вернуть.
