Проживала с семьёй в люксе. Светлый и чистый номер: 2 подушки на каждого и очень мягкие одеяла. После прекрасного проведенного дня, очень приятно полежать и расслабиться в ванной. Хотелось отметить завтрак в отеле, можно сказать индивидуальный. Я веган и, что меня удивило, мне предоставили завтрак исключительно под мое питание. Приятно! Ну, а по локации отеля, одни плюсы. Тихое место, закрытая территория со своей большой парковкой. Есть места для отдыха, лавочки. Можно посидеть вечерком и просто слушать пение птиц и наслаждаться свежим воздухом. Спасибо !

Отличная гостиница. Удобное расположение. Вкусный завтрак. Очень дружелюбный персонал. Охраняемая, бесплатная парковка. Номера светлые, чистые. В номере есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Удобная кровать, что очень важно, так как была командировка и после работы хотелось поспать. В самом отеле очень уютно, территория облагорожена и закрыта. Проживание 10 из 10. Если хотите получить положительные эмоции от города, то выбрав эту гостиницу вы не ошибётесь.

Со въезда уже «охранник» спрашивает, а вы точно сюда? Не придал значения. А зря! Одно и то же лицо и моет номера и заселяет в них. Любимый ответ - без понятия. На окнах нету сеток, летят комары, течёт на пол вода, ржавые поддоны в душах. Не селят в люкс по скидке, типа там предоплата внесена и тут же просят отменить бронь. В результате поселила в стандарт. Как здесь можно платить больше 1500 непонятно. «Ковры» приклеены скотчем к полу. Все пошорканное, отваливается. Краска на дверях облезла. Последние 5 лет не было ремонта. В номерах нету даже стакана. Поблизости (500 метров) ни магазина, ни аптеки. Худшее, что есть в Самаре.
