Wellness Park Hotel Bactria

I've stayed at this hotel before, and it was better then. The breakfast has gotten smaller, and there are too many people now, so the service can't keep up. I also didn't like that they removed the golf carts, and now they want as much as 200,000 UZS for a tour... Otherwise, everything is good; the bed and pillow are comfortable.

Not a bad hotel, great view. Service is a little lacking, but overall it's not bad.

We stayed at this hotel during our trip to Samarkand and were very satisfied. The hotel is located a bit outside the city center, about a 20-minute drive away. For travelers with a car, this is actually convenient, especially since there's private parking available on-site. The staff deserves a special mention. All employees are very polite, friendly, and always ready to help or answer any questions. A nice touch is the pitcher of cool water with ice and fruit always available at the reception, which is particularly refreshing after walking around hot Samarkand. The rooms are clean, bright, and cozy, with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the large, snow-white bath towels, soft bathrobes, quality disposable slippers, and good toothbrushes – such small details make the stay even more comfortable. The bedding deserves special mention: a very comfortable mattress, a soft fluffy blanket, and excellent pillows, thanks to which we slept wonderfully. Room cleaning and towel changes are done daily. Breakfasts also left a pleasant impression: delicious, varied, and with a good selection of dishes. The only suggestion would be if guests were informed during breakfast that freshly prepared omelets could be ordered. We only found out on the third day, and the omelet turned out to be very tasty. Overall, this is an excellent hotel with a high level of service. If you're traveling by car or don't mind not being in the very city center, I can confidently recommend this place.

Our favorite hotel in all of Uzbekistan! The entire staff is the perfect blend of professionalism and hospitality. We really didn't want to leave! The food is outstanding! The breakfast buffet is perfect; you won't leave hungry, in fact, you'll probably gain a few pounds. 😄 The chef personally comes out to oversee the food, recommends what to try, and tells you about the dishes. The waitstaff (I can't even bring myself to call them that) seem genuinely happy to see you. There's pure delight at every turn! We initially stayed in a standard room, then moved to a suite. Only our pre-booked onward tickets forced us to check out. 😄 The suite has everything from bath salts to a coffee machine. There's a separate bathtub and shower, and a cozy living room. Overall, I highly recommend it.

Excellent hotel! If you're not just visiting for a couple of days to quickly see the sights, then this is the place for you. Fantastic service, a polite front desk, and beautiful grounds with an 'eternal city' theme. It's an ideal spot for families with kids, with a water park, attractions, and a cable car nearby. It's quiet and beautiful 😻

Wellness Park Hotel Bactria in Samarkand is conveniently located close to the City of Eternal Peace, within walking distance. The night view is beautiful, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast selection is also plentiful.

The hotel was very nice, comfortable, and clean. The front desk staff even warned me not to take illegal taxis. Although it's in the suburbs, taxis are very cheap. It seems like all the better hotels are in this area.

Everything at the hotel was wonderful; the staff were cooperative, friendly, and fantastic. There's just one thing: I wish the curtains were darker. Light seeps into the room.
