The hotel is well located at reasonable distance from the Registon complex. The rooms are modern and clean. Please note it is a dry (no alcohol) hotel.

From heart to thank the reception :one tall boy and a girl ,they are so good !  Very nice to meet them ! Kindly reply all of our questions! Helped a rent a car . We had a very good journey in Samarkant, very big part is the hotel experience !  Will come back again !!

Nice hotel, restaurant open until 22.00 (food is delicious). There is no bar (as it is a halal hotel). Breakfast is good and varied. The team is very kind, attentive and responsive. The only thing that was confusing, of course, was that the pool was not working (they don’t write about this on the website), although it was already 26-28 degrees outside. Therefore, if you are traveling to Samarakand and wanted to buy, it’s better to fly in May, then everything will work.

The staff are all pleasant and helpful. As for the service, I put a plate asking for the room to be cleaned, but when I came back at noon, it was still not cleaned. The balcony of the Jr suite room was very large and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was very delicious. However, alcohol is not served, so it is not suitable for those who want to drink alcohol during meals. Overall satisfied as a 4 star hotel.

The hotel looks quite new and both service and the accommodation itself are spotless. We stayed here for 3 nights and we did enjoy our stay. The room is large, comfortable with a beautiful bathroom and perfectly clean. The overall service was excellent and the front staff was always attentive and efficient. The location is also nice and some of the most interesting tourist spots can easily be reached on foot

This is a beautiful hotel and is well located in Samarkand. It has a lovely garden, but with no-where to sit and enjoy it! There is a swimming pool under construction. If I have a ****** it is that the website promotes it's hotel lounge bar. This is actually a coffee table, a sofa and a couple of chairs in the reception area! The hotel is also dry in terms of not serving alcohol and it is not really upfront about that and for some guests - not me - that could make the difference of booking or not.
