Beautiful hotel, clean, modern design and great facilities. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to try their breakfast which sounded promising. The spa facilities (pool, sauna and hammam) are very clean and not busy at all. The room was very spacious and even though is a huge hotel it didn’t feel crowded.

Used for sightseeing in Samarkand. It is about 10 minutes walk to Registan Square. It is a new building and the restroom is spacious and there is no problem.

The service was excellent. There was a young man at the reception who was learning Japanese, and the response when we had any problems was quick and good. The hotel is also in a good location, close to tourist attractions and shopping facilities, so if you use this hotel as your base, you'll be able to enjoy central Samarkand to the fullest. I'd like to stay here again.

The hotel is newly renovated and is not bad, but the waiter booked the wrong room, which is outrageous...

Movenpick is the most cost-effective among the 5 hotels/guest houses we stayed in throughout Uzbekistan. The location is excellent, located at the junction of the old city and the new city, so it is very convenient to go to any attractions! The room was big and clean. Breakfast is very rich! The only drawback is that the swimming pool is very thin and is suitable for children to play in. In addition, the lockers in the locker rooms are not installed and are almost unusable😅 I only found one that can be locked.

This is an out-and-out rubbish hotel, designed to rip off Chinese people. The rooms are very small. It is the most expensive but the worst hotel I have stayed in in Uzbekistan. A hotel that cost 2,000 yuan a night is not as good as a hotel in China. The three-star hotel was like a hotel built by the people in the village. The key was that it was so expensive. I was really convinced. The breakfast I had was so unpalatable that I felt like vomiting after just one bite. There are so many things to complain about, it’s almost impossible to comment on them all! After all, I am also a diamond user of Ctrip. I don’t know what kind of messy hotels Ctrip recommends to me. It is simply a gap between deception and reality!

Good four, clean room, friendly staff, 4-star breakfast, central location, quiet room, early check-in available at no extra charge. The downside is that the pool is small. I recommend to everyone

The hotel environment is very good

Compared with the five-star rating, 5-point rating and the highest house price in Samarkand listed on Ctrip, it really feels like a trap. There is a big gap with the so-called high-end brands under the Accor Group. Regardless of the service attitude, hotel facilities (especially the layout of the room and the materials and facilities used), breakfast categories, etc., they all fall short of the so-called five-star standards and the highest room prices. So, a reminder to friends who will book a room in the future.

The hotel is in a good location. It should be an old hotel renovated. The facilities are quite good.
