The location is good, just opposite the Shahinda Temple and across the road. It is convenient to walk to Bibi and Registan, which only takes about ten minutes. The facilities are good, almost on par with the domestic Orange Crystal, All Seasons, and Vienna. There is also a swimming pool and a small balcony. The service is also very good. The front desk can speak very fluent English and even calls to remind me to have breakfast. The disadvantage is also obvious: no dental appliances. When I asked the front desk, they said it was charged. A broken disposable toothbrush costs 10,000 sums. I went to the supermarket to buy it and it was not enough. It was the first time I saw the toothbrush and there was a fee. Secondly, there was no free bottled water in the room. This was also the first time I saw it. I don’t know what the boss thinks, saving a small amount of money in exchange for a bad review. In addition, I was not familiar with the front desk business, so I asked where I could change money. I was told that the ATM at the door could change money, and I paid som in dollars, but that didn't work. I could only withdraw money but not exchange it. The one at the entrance to Shahinda is fine, but the exchange rate is very poor.

Facing Shai Hinda, there is actually a cemetery opposite. When you return to the hotel at 12 o'clock, you need to use a flashlight to get back to the room. The hygiene is very average! Overall speed level

The hotel is in an excellent location, with the window facing the world heritage site of the ancient city of One Thousand and One Nights, Shohi-Zinda "The Immortal King" of Samarkand, and there is no better view. The hotel waiter is very good at English. I suspect he studied in the United States and has a pure American accent. More important than Meiyin is the attentive service, because the hotel only has the second floor without an elevator, and the luggage is lifted directly into the room by a waiter.

It was expected to be the best hotel, but it was actually a bit unsatisfactory. The location was very good, opposite Shay Zinda, and the room smelled very damp. Overall, it was just okay.

Poor experience: (1) The hotel price is not low. However, there is no bottled water in the room. I have to use a cup at the water dispenser in the corridor. There is no disposable razor or plastic comb. Only low quality plastic toothbrushes available. (2) In the bathroom of the room, there is no hand-held shower head. The shower head is fixed and 1.9 meters high from the ground. People with short stature can hardly adjust the angle of the water spray with their hands, let alone flush water downwards ( Faucet for flushing water and washing feet. (3) Jukeng: No currency exchange shop was found on the nearby streets. I asked the front desk waiter about the currency exchange office. I asked the two front desk waiters separately. They did not tell me where there was a currency exchange shop. They both told me that it was at the door of the hotel. When you go to the ATM to withdraw money, there is really no other way. Let’s withdraw money first. The ATM charges a service fee of 5 dollars for each cash withdrawal. 5 dollars! (4) After leaving Samarkand, I didn’t buy a train ticket. I had to catch the bus, and then asked the front desk where the bus station was so that I could navigate to catch the bus. As a result, the two waiters at the front desk asked me to go to Samarkand Railway Station. It was said that there is a bus from the train station to Tashkent, but I navigated to Samarkand Railway Station, and there was no bus from Samarkand Railway Station to Tashkent. I had no choice but to navigate to the bus stop according to the bus stop address given to me by the traffic police at the train station. It shows that the hotel waiters are not familiar with the transportation and bus station in Samarkand, and the service knowledge of the front desk waiters needs to be improved urgently. (5), the hotel restaurant is too small, and the breakfast varieties are too few and pitiful. This is the worst review among the negative reviews of this hotel!

The location is very good, just opposite the Shah-i-Zinda Mosque. Hazret Šiqir Mosque, Bibi Hanem Mosque and Registan Square are all within walking distance. The hotel is decorated in a simple and refreshing style, and the breakfast is rich in variety. The front desk guy is warm and thoughtful. We asked them to call a taxi many times, and they always responded to our requests.

Opposite is a very good scenic spot, very photogenic, facing the road, but not noisy, very convenient for travel, there is breakfast in the morning, the taste is good and clean, highly recommended, there is also an ATM machine at the door.
