Hilton Samarkand Regency

The room environment is good, and the floor-to-ceiling window offers a great view, overlooking Samarkand's well-known artificial lake. The outdoor pool is also nice and relaxing. Enjoying afternoon tea while taking in the scenery is quite pleasant.

As expected from a 5-star hotel, the facilities are very satisfying. The location is in a new city area, so it takes about 20-30 minutes by taxi from the city center. The night view is spectacular, and both the breakfast and the swimming pool were excellent.

Has Hilton really fallen this far? The shower drain was clogged, and the toilet remote had no battery.

The scenery is beautiful and it's very quiet. The location is a bit far out, so it's more convenient if you have a car. Without a car, getting to the city isn't very easy. It's suitable for a relaxing holiday, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Regency. Check-in was fast, and the front desk staff were wonderful – they told us everything we needed to know, advised us on the best places to eat and visit, and quickly arranged taxis within the complex. The room service staff were always accommodating, and any requests were met promptly. Room cleaning was very thorough and unobtrusive. We particularly loved the pools in the spa center on the 2nd floor and visited them daily. There's an excellent steakhouse on the 1st floor, and it's within walking distance to the fountains and the Eternal City complex.

This is one of the best hotels we've experienced with Hilton, having stayed at many over several years. There's really no need to mention the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms and common areas, as it's a 5-star hotel and everything is top-notch. However, I'd like to specifically highlight the infrastructure: a wonderful outdoor pool with plenty of sun loungers, and an excellent spa complex with an indoor pool, sauna, and steam room. It's a shame that the operating hours for these great facilities are limited; I would have loved to swim in the evening after visiting all the sights. I also want to mention the stunning views from the rooms, as well as the hotel's location in general: the Silk Road district, with views of either the park or the rowing canal – it's unforgettable! The breakfast was delicious and varied, with top-quality ingredients, featuring both local specialties and European/American options (porridges, vegetables/fruits/yogurts, muesli/eggs/beef bacon/sausages - my compliments!, excellent samsa, tomatoes…). I also enjoyed the lobby bar – great local draft beer and a magnificent mojito! I highly recommend sitting there in the evening with a drink and a view of the rowing canal. All the staff are very professional and welcoming. Incidentally, they didn't forget my wife's birthday: they congratulated her, which was heartfelt and very pleasant – the cake was delicious, thank you! Overall, this is one of the best places for discerning travelers, I highly recommend it!

The hotel is excellent. It's clean, the staff are respectful, and their professionalism is top-notch. Breakfast is delicious, and the room is cozy.

I booked two rooms, and the front desk staff helped us open the connecting door, instantly turning it into a huge suite. The rooms were very spacious and clean, and the staff were always friendly and greeted us proactively. The hotel breakfast was also excellent and plentiful.
