Everything else was fine, but they charged $10 for a bottle of mineral water in the room, even if you didn't drink it, which is pretty odd. The area around the hotel is very quiet and spacious, with fountains and many luxury hotels nearby, making it very convenient.

Everything was great! A wonderful hotel with excellent rooms, comfortable mattresses, clean, cozy, and simply delightful! The staff was very polite and incredibly dedicated. We are very grateful and satisfied!

Wonderful hotel! Located on the enclosed grounds of the Expo Center, with beautiful canal views and excellent breakfasts. 10/10 for value for money.

This was an absolutely terrible trip. First, a warning to everyone: don't be fooled by the Chinese characters on the hotel sign into thinking this is a traditional Chinese hotel. In reality, all the staff are locals and cannot communicate in Chinese. Even in the restaurant, the menus are only in Uzbek, English, and Russian. Secondly, because I arrived in the middle of the night, I accidentally booked my room for the following day online. However, despite attempts by both the front desk staff and the booking platform to mediate, the hotel refused to change my reservation. Even though there were clearly empty rooms available for that night, they quoted me a price nearly double what I had originally booked online, forcing me to re-book. It's hard to imagine this coming from what's supposedly 'Samarkand's highest-class hotel.' That night, all hotels and guesthouses in Samarkand were sold out on the platform, and I didn't have enough cash on me. I ended up having to sit in the hotel lobby all night! I was exhausted and my heart felt very uncomfortable that evening! To be fair, the hotel staff were polite, but they simply couldn't help me. I have already emailed the relevant authorities to complain, and if I don't get a response, I will send it to the President's office! I sincerely wish that the families of the hotel's management team experience the same treatment I received on every one of their trips – assuming they have families! And I hope you continue to run your business this way. Keep it up, you'll go bankrupt eventually!!

New hotel with good service. The only downside is that it's a bit far from the city center, taking 30-35 minutes to get back in the evening.

This hotel is superb! I highly recommend getting the breakfast option, as there's nowhere to eat in this area in the morning.

Good hotel. We consistently dined at the restaurant à la carte, and everything was delicious and reasonably priced. The only issue was when ordering room service, the restaurant staff mixed up our order, and we had to wait 1.5 hours for them to remake our dinner. The rooms are large, clean, and overlook the rowing canal, with a balcony. The mini-bar was empty. Housekeeping was daily, with water refills and fresh towels. In the evening, you can relax on the attic terrace. The spa is located in the neighboring 5-star hotel of the same chain (guests get a 50% discount), and it's very good. Breakfasts were excellent, constantly refilled, and the waitstaff quickly cleared everything away. Overall, I recommend this hotel 5/5, it was the best part of our vacation in Uzbekistan.

Amazing reception: I was greeted very warmly and hospitably, checked in instantly, all my questions were answered, and all requests were handled. The front desk staff are the face of the hotel, and here they are at the highest level! Cuisine and service: The restaurant offers incredibly delicious food and impeccable service. The waiters are very attentive and polite. The breakfasts are a special delight! The selection of dishes is simply fantastic, everything is fresh, appetizing, and caters to all tastes. Cleanliness: The room was in perfect condition, cleaned very well and thoroughly. The bed linen was pristine white, the room felt fresh and cozy, and had absolutely everything needed for a comfortable stay. Comment: A huge thank you to the entire hotel team for their professionalism and such wonderful hospitality. We will definitely return here again and recommend it to all our friends and acquaintances! Rating 10 out of 10.

Heated flooring modern and clean facilities and good buffet. The room was spacious and a good bang for your back.

The hotel is a bit far away from city center, but have nice environment

We recently stayed at this hotel and I can't help but share my impressions! From the moment we arrived we were greeted with warmth and smiles. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and professional. Not only did they check us in quickly, but they were also happy to answer all our questions, especially Dildora, who helped us choose excursions and places for dinner. Their attention to detail and willingness to help made our stay even more comfortable. The rooms at the hotel are spacious and cozy, and the views from the balcony are simply mesmerizing. We enjoyed every moment spent here. Thanks to all the staff, especially the reception team, for their impeccable service and care. You made our holiday truly special! We will definitely be back again!

NOT a good location if travel to Samarkand. It’s in the middle of nowhere. They have shuttle services(they advertise this)but they did not allow me to use it. They have free wellness treatments but they promote it like a medical service:(. Also slow check in process even if everything was prepaid. You can definitely can find nice places in the city. But it was clean and they have god breakfast
