Wow, it's really nice at Ibis Style BSD, the hoteo is clean, the swimming pool is cool too, there's a gym, we feel at home there, especially the minimalist rooms, everything is clean and tidy, the view is also towards the city, I like the breakfast, it's also delicious.

I stayed at this hotel because I was going to watch David Foster's concert at ICE BSD on June 15 2024. When I arrived at this hotel, I was served in a friendly manner by the receptionist named Angga. I arrived at this hotel at around 15.30. But my room was said to be not ready yet to be cleaned. According to the rules, I should be able to enter at 14.00. But this doesn't matter to me. Then I was only able to enter the room at around 16.00. Then I asked Angga what time I had to check out, then he answered 12.00. Then I asked can I check out at 12.30? Because I want to pray Dhuhur. Then it was approved by Angga and I asked that it be recorded in their data so that I wouldn't be disturbed when I prayed. But today, June 16, what I was worried about happened. The receptionist on behalf of Rinjani called me to my room and reminded me that check out time was 12.00 😒 When Rinjani called my room I was praying and the phone kept ringing which disturbed my concentration while I was praying. Finally my prayer was canceled just to answer Rinjani's call. receptionist. Please improve coordination and communication between staff, so that guests do not feel disadvantaged. Moreover, this concerns the matter of worship which I was doing when Rinjani called into the room. If I wanted to complain, I could have checked in from the start, which was supposed to be checked in at 14.00 but I was only able to check in at 16.00. Today I only asked for 30 minutes to pray but Rinjani was told to leave

Very good. Very new. Service attitude is very good. Breakfast is ok. Overall not bad. You can stay. But there is nothing to visit nearby. It is a car ride away from the Japanese supermarket. It is recommended. The price is cheap. A thumbs up.

The newly opened hotel is very clean and sanitary. The lobby and other public facilities are spacious and grand. It is very close to the exhibition hall or shopping mall by taxi. The price is really cost-effective.
