Bay Hotel Srinakarin

I think it is a good hotel. But my stay was soured because the water heater was broken. They did not inform me about it. Thus, I wasted one night. I would have never stayed and asked for a full refund from Trip.com. Thus, before checking-in or even considering you should enquire whether they have hot water or not. The quality of rooms, aircon, water, cattle, etc. is fine. No roaches or ants.

A decent hotel—I'm staying here for the second time. The room is spacious, the lobby is large, and breakfast is included. The room has a small refrigerator, a wardrobe, an electric kettle, and a TV. The hotel is definitely showing its age and could use some renovation, but it’s fair for the price. There’s a large Makro supermarket and the Lotus Eatery food court nearby. Si Bearing MRT station is within walking distance, and you can take a songthaew (shared taxi) to Jas Urban shopping mall.

Check in front desk was friendly, check out, front desk was not friendly, Should not be working at front desk at all. Strong hot water pressure and plentyful.

The room is quite spacious and suitable for a couple. It has air conditioning and a refrigerator. However, the room is old, and the bed sheets, pillows, and blankets are also old and too small for two people. In the bathroom, water leaks out from the bathtub and the sink when showering, so the floor needs to be wiped dry after use. There is no tissue paper provided in the room. Cockroaches were seen in both the bathroom and the bedroom area. Housekeeping cleans the room every day and provides one bottle of drinking water per day. Overall, it is reasonable for the price.

Convenient access to BTS, exhibitions, malls, and the airport, especially on a budget. Spacious rooms and a range of on-site facilities like spa, dining, karaoke, and conference rooms. Good value for money, particularly if you don’t mind a property with character and age.

The hotel is dated but room rate is reasonable. The location is within walking distance to BTS yellow line  which provides transportation options and convenience. Many low cost restaurants within 10 minutes walking distance
